Has anyone had experience with this? I've done some reading on it and its quite fascinating I've never met anyone that has actually went thru with being able to do Astral Projection. It looks like it takes a lot of training to be able to perform this.

I have minimal experience in it. It kind of happens on its own after practicing medition for a while. I haven't been able to project out of sheer will though. It has only happeneed to me a couple times on accident during sleep on the first couple nights of my regular cannabis tolerance breaks. Thats when my dreams feel the most real. Very intense experiences, that's for damn sure. For me, the two times I managed to exit my body were filled with physical sensations of electricity, somewhat similar to the feeling of a limb falling asleep, just throughout the whole body.
Getting past the vibratory stage is the most difficult part, for the vibrations that occur before "projecting" can be very profound and even unnerving. My advice to you is keep researching, and find a mesItalian practice that suits you. You will get to the vibration stage in no time!
If you got any questions, feel free to ask. I may be able to give some tips. Good luck and have fun with it.

how's your karma?
anyway, i'll assume it is good. Spend time with trees... meditate, out in nature, learn and practice quietness of mind. And - more important even, really, but also complementary -- learn about transforming one's energy -- if you haven't.
This is like - healing completely; living in love totally.
om om om hehe... these are just a couple of things about spiritual practice. . . Astral projection and things like this, they come along
the more we are in tune with -- nature, basically; i.e., all beings - then the more we experience things like that.
Awareness of one's self / body and mind is key- learning to understand and know oneself (one's energies, too) is very essential; ( as well as everything else )
I mention these because it's like - one has to learn the essentials, i.e., health, mind/body - etc., - these energies and the things relating to them, and so forth - before astral realm and what not...
and, as i say, for me, it mostly all comes from earth... any questions?
these are just from one person and their experience and views; etc. tty.

I think I will first start practicing quieting my mind and meditating. It can be tough for me to totally clear my head for a decent period of time. Meditating in the forest around trees would be one of the calmest places to practice. That will be my first objective this coming week on one of my days off is to go out to the forest by my house and practice my meditation I think.

I haven't actually left my body, and control my spirit body in other realms but I also have no real desire to I lose track of my body though.Once you get deep enough into prolonged meditation, with correct fasting and nutrition you can basically reside in a dimension of bliss and ecstacy(in my reality) that's where I choose to stay and nothing really happens other than that, the further you progress your practice you can eventually harness Siddhi powers(Spiritual attunement) and project..

Just be careful it WILL blow your mind. I mean, you're talking about touching on the structure of the afterlife. Life is profound. To touch on its structure is mesmerising
