Look at the succession of people who are posting and lurking in here. The only person it could have been was you. You posted just before Koods, Koods made a post about dating a Muslim from a chill family, it subsequently gets +1'ed almost 10 seconds later, then there's a succession of anti-Islam posts. Who else +1'ed that?!

It's supposed to be forbidden under Christianity too.

This is also why it's misleading at best and potentially sectarian propaganda to discuss Shariah as though some single rigid, ultraconservative formulation exists which can be said to set a defining example for all others.
Well, we can see how Sharia Law has been implemented in other countries. And so far, the way it is implemented in a lot of countries IS rigid, ultraconservative formulation.
Pakistan only recently is moving to make honor killings illegal, due to the publicity of the death of Qandeel Baloch. Before, men who killed women in the name of honor could be "pardoned" by the rest of the family, to avoid prison time. In Saudi Arabia it's illegal for women to move anywhere outside without a male companion. Even if she really has to go to the hospital and it's an emergency, if she is pulled over by the police it could have serious consequences for her. People who become apostates or leave the religion, or become openly gay, risk prison time or even death.
And I realize a lot of these governments were hijacked by extremists, Iran being a perfect example. If you dance publicly in the streets, you receive like 91 lashings or something similar to that.
I think it's very reasonable to worry about Sharia Law, when you see how it has been implemented in other countries, because it has been a complete disaster in almost every single one.

It's supposed to be, but like we talked about before, most Christians are secular, and don't really live "by the book" Christian lives. They drink, they have sex, they do gay stuff, they go to strip clubs or brothels, whatever. And they still consider themselves Christian, and society still considers them Christian. At least they don't take themselves too seriously.

Is fundamentalism linked with poverty? Does anybody have some hard facts on this?

I don't believe so, a lot of radical leaders came from wealthy families and were well-educated, even going abroad to the west to study. Osama Bin Laden being a good example. And a lot of people who live in developed countries like UK or Japan or Norway, but leave and defect to go join ISIS are usually middle-class people. And American middle-class would be considered upper class in some other countries.

Also, what is happening in Europe is not comparable to the US. The US picks and chooses its refugees very carefully. It takes years to get a visa to come to the US.
Yes, I do not live in the Middle East, do you?
And refugees don't get visas, maybe you should learn about how refugees actually get here

You think they just walk in?
You must be referred by the The UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR) or the U.S. Embassy, or you must be a member of a specified group with special characteristics in certain countries. Check the current list of priority groups for more information. You must not be firmly resettled in another country. This is defined by whether or not you have been offered resident status or citizenship in that country. You must not be an immediate relative of a U.S. citizen or a special immigrant. In this case, you need to apply for an immigrant visa instead. You must be living outside of the United States. If you are already in the U.S., you may be eligible to apply for asylum (see below).

You can say it... President Trump.
While I can't bring myself to vote for Trump the look on Hillary's and those like you when he wins... will be priceless.

Gay activists And media personality Milo Ynnapolis claims on his most recent appearance on the JRE that Donald Trump is the most pro gay candidate in political history or something.
Not sure why.

Trump is the moderate independent that people have been begging for, and now he's here, and what do both dems and pubs do? They hate on him
The best thing about Trump is that he is hated by both dems and pubs, loved by real Americans, that speaks volumes

He's a reactionary freak. Trump himself is a moderate, it's true, but he has made his fame playing a character for the media, catering to the lowest common denominator he can identify. The platform that he has fashioned according to that philosophy, and the movement that has coalesced around him, is a rightward lurch into fringe territory for the Republican party.

Show me the proof that Donald supports LGBT rights and equality for all.
