So are you blaming their "oppressive conditions" for their outbursts?
Are our Muslims more well behaved or is it just the fact that we have less that makes it seem so?
as you said, they have a much larger population so we may not yet be able to assess how much better "assimilated" our muslims are. We have mosques in the U.S. that are tied to radicalization of muslims and are starting to experiencing our own issues with so-called "no go zones"
Shariah Law is , without a doubt, incompatible with Western Society and most Muslims are in support of it.

Britain really really needs to do something about Al-Muhajiroun before it gets out of hand.
One of the guys who is in charge of starting that Salafi jihad terrorist group, his name is Anjem Choudary. He lives in London, living off government benefits, for supposed "chronic fatigue."
His organization holds protests calling for the bombing of UK and USA, his own colleagues have killed British patrolmen on duty.
Something is wrong, when a known terrorist and ISIL supporter, is continued to allow to remain in London living off welfare.

The Muslims in the US are a different crowd than their European counterparts. The Muslim community in Europe has historically been exploited for cheap labor, much like South American migrant workers in the US, many of them border hoppers. They have never been treated as equals in Europe, that's why they're all poor, uneducated, pissed off and not assimilating.
The US Muslim population highly educated, more professional and white collar with salary jobs. They're also a meager .6% of the population... Most of them are pretty well assimilated. AFAIK they are generally fluent in English and live in mixed neighborhoods. None of them are border hoppers, they came to this country legitimately and are contributing members of society. They probably contribute more than anybody in this thread...
The bitter Islamophobia I'm seeing from some of you guys is legitimately disturbing... I know there have been a lot of attacks in the last month or so, but you guys need to learn to keep your cool and assess the situation more rationally. You are being whipped up into a hateful frenzy by rightwing demagogues spewing sectarian hostility and allowing the terrorists to turn you against your peaceful neighbors. You have lost your reason... Please come to your senses.

Koods, I'm just all broken up about how pitiful the situation is for muslims in Europe.

I'm friends with many Muslims. I have lived with a few of them for months at a time. They are decent people.

You are completely wrong, a lot of the refugees coming in are middle-class and educated. Many of them are doctors, physicists, and engineers. The "Muslims" you are referring to throughout European history are primarily in reference to TURKISH Muslims. And by the way, Turkish Muslims are the most secular and least religious out of all the Muslim countries.
http://www.thenational.ae/world/europe/why-many-refugees-fleeing-to-europe-are-highly-educated
Some of them living in America certainly live in mixed neighborhoods, but there are also many that are just as segregated, hence why we end up with communities like Little Arabia and Little Gaza. There are actually a LOT of Muslim-predominant communities in Michigan. Seems that even though the national population is less than 2%, they all seem to prefer to congregate together, which is understandable.

Look at how angry this young man is at Sweden, one of the most neutral countries in terms of war and invasion. If they are this angry at Sweden for participating in the European Union and for participating in NATO, imagine how much rage these guys have for America, the country truly responsible for bombing some of these people's countries.

Yeah, most immigrant communities have quarters in one or more cities. SF has Chinatown, Japan Town, Russian Hill, the Mission is basically Mexico with money. On the other side of the little hill I live in, there is an Asian mall with almost all Asian-owned stores serving Asian customers... If they want to self segregate and set up a neat little bubble of their culture that I get to crash through and gawk at like a tourist, more power to them.

Did I say it was a problem? No, I said it's understandable to segregate, however I am contesting the claim that they assimilate and live in mixed communities. They don't necessarily.

Or so they claim in public face to face with an American. Even Yasser Arafat denounces radical Islam in public, then he is caught screaming for jihad behind closed doors.

Remember how Germany greeted the refugees when they arrived at the train station? The Germans greeted them with teddy bears and "we welcome you" signs and with bratwurst. Exactly what do they have to be angry at these countries for?

Seriously, it's like many of you have actually lost your minds, like you've been possessed by the mob... this is mass hysteria.
I can't deal with this shit. It is so fucking frustrating to see it because you guys will never acknowledge how irrational you're being until it is too late... Better vote for Trump, I heard he would blacklist the Muslims. Seriously guys, pull yourselves together.

The Right Wing didn't murder a bunch of innocent civilians all across europe. If anyone is whipping me into a hateful frenzy it's the Terrorists who spit in the face of countries who welcomed them with open arms.
To deny the ever present danger of Islamic Terrorism is to reject reason.
Looking at the situation rationally is exactly what i'm doing.
Oppression is not an excuse to commit murder and being apologists is counter-productive.

Trump is a scam artist and his campaign is full of bullshit and lies, fuck that guy, he's going to screw over the American people like he has with everybody else.
It's really not us, the fact is, the entire world hates Muslims. Because all throughout history, Muslims have had bloody conflicts with pretty much everybody.
The Uyghur Muslims are blowing up the Han Chinese in Xinjiang, which is the entire reason the Chinese government made Islam illegal. The Hindu-Muslim conflict has been going on for centuries and centuries now, and there have been so many anti-atheist and anti-Hindu massacres orchestrated by Muslims throughout the years.
I really can't name one region where Muslims have simply been able to just get along side by side with the people there. Can you?
