Pictures would definitely help to kind of give us a view of what it's looking like. But usually the cause of cakes not pinning are people not putting them in the right conditions or even sometimes contams. Whats the RH and temperature of your fruiting chamber? Are they getting indirect sunlight or even any sort of light at all? What kind of fruiting chamber are you using?

Give it another 7 days after rerolling. I just did the same off GT multispore. Took forever but grew out 6-7g each.
Post some pictures let's see what's going on. Be sure to upload to the shroomery server, a few people have offsite disabled.

Don't tape holes in your SGFC. You're confusing taping holes on monotub at spawning with a SGFC setup.
Is it elevated 4" or more, away from fans, walls or windows? Did you do a 2x2 grid on all *six* sides?
Good call on rehydrating the perlite. I usually have to do it once but mine is too big for its own good. I'm on mobile too so I'll leave this zip file for the others.
Basically consider a reroll starting at Day 1 but don't get discouraged if it takes another week. It pays off on cakes IMO, but I wouldn't recommend it except extenuating circumstances. It's gotta wrap itself around that new verm. Try not to mist it off. I usually wait 24 to 36 hours after rolling to even lightly mist, like letting water droplets fall on them until it takes hold.

Well maybe you should have followed the sgfc tek. Instead of "eyeballing it" if I was you I'd buy a new tote for a few bucks and do it right so you can rule that out as a problem.

Good job. Now just be sure you're not overdoing it. Once they're pins they don't really need much more once they transform to a fruitbody. Never mist fruits. I usually stop 3-4 days before they're ready for harvest. Only thing to watch out for now is standing water on foil or whatever you have your cakes on now.
