Pine 2x4s in pasteurizer, will that be an issue

SO i am using yellow pine 2x4s to raise the rack in my steam pasteurizer, will that mess with my manure substrate.
I recall that pine is antifungal, and it seems like a long shot, but I worry that steaming the 2x4s could lead to issues. They are not pressure treated, I know that would be a disaster.
A speedy reply would be much appreciated, Thanks!

That not optimal. Try glass jars on their side. Or something that isn't going to rot..

This is the only time I would do this I am building a new pasteurizer after, the blocks are just scrap so I could care less if they get damaged, which I know they will. I am just worried that whatever antifungal compount is in the pine could leach into the manure.

I get it. Yeah if I was about to pasteurize using scrap 2x4 which are most likely dirty as fuck I would stop what I was doing and find a way not to use them. Like glass jars or metal bands from jar lids or towels.
Cannot be that hard to find something better than old chunks of untreated wood. Why not use sticks off the ground? (That's a joke, don't do that)

I mean they are not dirty at all, they are from indoors, clean as they get and completely unused they are just the ends from other cuts, i could use jars but all of my jars are considerably taller than I would like. I am just worried about the blocks being pine and if that will be an issue.
There really isnt much else I can use, the jars are too tall and i dont trust anything else that I can find at those temps that would fit in there.
