Depends, might go in blth directions. All in all it enhances your perception, which may be a great help in your day to day life, but it can also get overwhelming at times. Practicing meditation and slow deep breathing before is a good way to regulate the kind of anxiety that can come with microdosing.

I'm not a huge fan of microdosing personally.
However, I find that mushrooms work fine as a microdose but lsd microdose is very uncomfortable. Many feel differently though and love lsd microdoses. Lsd is too stimulating for me. I have to take enough for the interesting psychological effects to outweigh the uncomfortable stimulation.

One thing I realized is that microdoses are not very different from normal doses, you should only use it on a good set and setting and it should not be used for depression or to cope with reality.

Slight mood lift if it's a real microdose. Mini doses make me anxious... even .2 can be too much for a microdose for me and give anxiety.
.15g is great. Taking a couple days off in between microdoses is also highly recommended.
I love LSD for working microdoses.. best energy suppliment ever.

It lifts my mood. But can cause anxiety at moments.
anxiety is a natural emotion and must be embraced.

Why are you guys experiencing anxiety from microdosing? Sounds like you're taking too much. Partially the reason I microdose is to cure anxiety, at least for that day..
If you are normally anxious, the microdose should alleviate that, not amplify it. If you have anxiety in your every day to day life work on coping with that without microdosing first.

I always found microdosing with mushrooms heavier than acid. Shrooms have more of a body high to it i find, but if i microdose like 15 to 20 mics then i just feel uplifted with energy all day and have no anxieity or sleeping issues.

daily is a waste imho
learning to get benefits from less is an art form.
for me, once per week at a low dose, is the most I might really want from it.
I have family, work, biking etc. and I do not need to constantly fool with my chemistry.

Low dose is a just a waste in general for me. There is one exception to that: psychedelics which also happen to be stimulants. But then you're really just using it as a stimulant instead of as a psychedelic.
I think taking psychedelics daily in any context is probably a bad idea.

When i used to microdose I would eat 20ug 3 times a week. I would soak my tabs in water and just measure through milliliters. Worked well but I do agree that microdosing is a waste in the end. I feel one strong trip can have you feeling uplifted for days to weeks afterwards.

I think microdoses are a great deal. $1.50 worth of lsd works way better than any of the way more expensive and horrible-for-you energy drinks: better duration, non-jittery, + great mental enhancement.
And you're smoothly infusing your environment with that pure trippy energy that this plasticized world silently begs for.

Who said microdosing is almost the same as tripping? Funny...
Microdosing always made me less anxious with a lifted mood.
I've taken mushrooms for two weeks strait eating a gram and a half a day through the day while working in physical labor job. Great times. If it doesn't do something for you likely the stuff is bunk.
But I'm firmiar with the mush spirit after years of growing. Not like a person with two trips under their belt could get a quarter bag and garenfuckingteed have a great time microdosing. As long as you're not totally new it's completely managable, like I said, even doing physical labor in the hot sun for weeks I was fine, had a great time. A lot of it is perspective.....

I like to microdose, but I've found that the experience isn't always the same. Set and setting is still the most important thing. Sometimes I get a little paranoid, similar to smoking strong weed with low tolerance. If I have a lot going on, people to speak to, people with bad vibes, I get a slight panicky feeling.
I microdosed yesterday. It was great. My kids are away, so I spent the day with my wife lounging in the back yard, swimming in the pool. We had some drinks, got high, and I threw back about .35 grams in a gelcap. I grew my stash over 3 years ago and the stuff is getting pretty weak, so it was good microdose. We got cozy in the pool, then I took her inside and we made love. Then we made burgers on the grill, smoked more weed and drank more. What a great day. A microdose on a lazy summer day - awesome!

LSD microdosing makes me feel like I'm tweaked out.

i was playing around with this for a while - started with just a pair of libs in the morning, never more than 3 days in a row - it lifted my mood sure, but also seemed to give me more "conscience" - for instance i couldn't just ignore the odd yoghurt pot - i had to recycle everything no matter how insistent the lazy part of my mind felt!
i put this down to the fact that i love mushrooms so much, and that they are so big a part of my having a deeper relationship with nature, that i found it harder to ignore doing absolutely everything i could to "help" when they were in me...
because of this, i found i would be more inclined to microdose when i was already feeling quite good and looking forward to the day - if i was feeling miserable i was less inclined, even though my original intent was to explore microdosing to alleviate depression.
i went up to about 6 libs some days - and that would actually give a subtle but noticable effect, when it was a nice sunny day and i would actually get round to doing a bit of stretching and meditation - it was a lot of deeper and more effective, and a little sparkly.
but in the end i felt there were more benefits from taking a bit more less often - like i was taking 20-30 and walking in the woods once a month or so - and that would be more likely to lift my mood for, at least, days after... so mini but not microdosing - but yeah - you have to be prepared to lie down and drift off if called, and go just as deep in some ways, at least in terms of feeling if not phenomena, as if you were taking more...
and just recently i've started thinking that actually a tea of 30-50 is really nice to work with... but i sense a pattern here
i'm no stranger to anxiety either, and would recommend as a complementary practise meditation/mindfulness to help you get better at centring/kind of witnessing/allowing the anxiety without identifying too much with it.

If you don't know shrooms impact depression and anxiety you probably have never read a single article about psychology of psychedelic experiences....
