 Just when you think he learned something, he exposes another character flaw.

Lack of FAE can most definitely cause aborts. Lack of FAE goes hand in hand with waterlogged shrooms/substrate, which will abort shrooms pretty fast.

Judging by....?  This statement seems to be the result of some connection you've drawn in your own mind about people who use the internet (everybody), and obesity (not everybody).  Logical fallacies ftw.

PastyWhyte's Easy Agar Tek
Munchauzen's Cultivation Video Series
How EvilMushroom666 Prepares His Grains (I use jars with Synthetic Filter Discs)
What is G2G? (Grain-to-Grain)
Damion5050's Coir Tek (I use 5.5 - 6 quarts of water instead of 4. Also ignore step 13 and ignore the monotub completely. The only purpose of this tek is to show you how to make a simple substrate. I also add gypsum to it but not necessary)
Spitball's Monotub Tek (A liner isn't necessary but is useful)
Use 6500k lights throughout the whole process. When you wake up, turn the light on. When you go to sleep turn the light off. It's as simple as that.

Thanks for the information everyone. I know about airflow and I am almost 100% sure it is not fae. Which is why I was confused when that was brought up. Unfortunately I live in a climate which is pretty cool all year around except summer. We do not have an air conditioner so our only relief in my house from the heat is through fans. So I probably have too much air flow in my room as it is.

Right now I think it probably is a mix of genetics and bacteria.  Hopefully, it isn't trich had a couple other tubs fall victim to it a little while ago and it is nasty stuff but as soon as I saw it I tossed them to not expose anything else to the mold.

Thanks again for all the help from everyone and if anyone thinks of anything else. I would love to hear it.

The tub vents look like they don't have enough space for good air currents.

Is your room sealed?

Can pop em open for a while and see if the fluff tames down.  If it doesn't it's due to contam.  If it does, it's FAE.

No need to guess

I fuckin love how suddenly you can spot all the bacterial infections.

Are you 100% sure it's not just from being mixed genetics from MS?  But what if it smells okay?  Must not have bacteria then right?  Maybe he has a little bit of overlay?

:ilold: so hard from this, it should even be fucking funny in hindsight.

:ducklol:

i did too! rofl, this guy.... and now, apparently, we are all obese. dis guy..

How is such an old grower still so bad at noticing what the mushrooms reaction is to bad conditions? Long skinny stems... Must always be bacteria.

Mine have no aborts (although I counted at least 10). Must not be bacteria. Hella fuzzy feet tho, so that must be genetic right?
