Well it was rhizomorphic when it was jar colonization, no problem was during colonization. Now  opened my lid, not spraying the sides of aquarium anymore, and sucked some water from bottom. Will add some more perlite tommorow. Also i harvested 7 shrooms, i dont have scales, dunno if that's enough to trip off. I think there is at least 30 g fresh.

Well if they are not properly dried (not cracker dry, just 50% dry) they are still fine to consume?

drying is for storage, you can eat them fresh they're even better that way IMO!

You absolutely need to build a SGFC otherwise your substrate will get contaminated and you won't get any/very few fruits

I am curious to learn if anyone else has had experience with flying critters making a home inside the fruiting chamber?  We are currently dealing with fruit flies and they seem to love our fruit chamber.
Should we be concerned?
Thanks for your time!

As long as they don't eat any of the fruit bodies i don't see an issue, just wash the mushrooms before drying.

i had few previously very succesful grows in this chamber. Its fine, there is always fresh air since it come in and come out, and i additionally wave, so there is always good and fresh air. I didnt found it bad, i didnt found any contamination, they was colonized fast, even there was no myc piss.

As i said I CANT do SFGC, i dont have money to even buy plastic box lol. There is humidity, temp, and fresh air. What else shrooms need?

I dunno how to drill in glass lol.

I'm just curious if that amount of shrooms make me trip.

Maybe its enough, maybe it isnt. I dont like taking less than 3.5g dried for a trip.

And i know you think its fine, everything is fine and you will never change your chamber design.
But your not fooling anyone on here, i hope not yourself, that is not an optimal fruiting chamber, fanning is not sufficient for fresh air exchange which must be constant. All the time. If your standing there fanning 24 hours a dsy 7 days a week thats what it would take to have that be suffficient.

Check out other grows where people take 6 dry ounces out of one tub in a little over two weeks. Thats about 50 doses when in the same amount of time, with your chamber, youre wondering if the 20 grams wet you got will have you tripping.

In every alley you walk through or behind stores i bet my life you can find a plastic tote and have a massive amount of shrooms with the same effort you put in here.

If you're in a hurry, might have to find out slow
That it's one thing to try and another to fly
You get there quicker just a step at a time
It's one thing to bark, another to bite

Buy a plastic tote and do it right or don't do it at all. Could you live in an enclosed container without breathing holes? Don't expect them to. It already looks like it is negatively impacting your yield.

There is opened lid, they are breathing, and i mist em often since the humidity drop when the lid is open. So i mist them few times a day, and wave additionally. I used to wave few tims a day, now i do it 5 times a day, and lid is never closed. Shrooms are growing pretty much good, the second flush on first cake is kinda big and nice.
