Go ahead and introduce fruiting conditions. Get what you get.

I have no idea. But it won't hurt to try to fruit it.

Why introduce it to fruiting conditions? Its been what, 10 days, and it obviously isn't stalled. Just wait it out and change nothing.
BTW, I learn best when I vomit misinformation then wait for a TC to verbally slap me silly.

It's not like fruiting early is gonna cause anything bad to happen anyway. You can fruit whenever you want. It's all preference, not misinformation.

My last comment was just for a laugh, referencing something that was said on page 1.
I thought colonizing conditions is what you want for colonizing sub. Because it colonizes faster in the trapped co2. Am i actually wrong in thinking that? I couldnt imagine it would 'hurt' it to fruit it. I just don't see why it was advised.

No, actually if you put in fruiting conditions right away, you will shave off a couple days on average till harvest. When you have a suspicious sub, giving it FAE will speed up mold sporulation so you will know sooner if you have any. Molds hate FAE, they will sporulate in it's presence. Also, some contams, like pin molds are more likely to grow in a high CO2, low oxygen environment.

Good point. I even knew that already, just didn't cross my mind.

Ok just want to confirm. It is okay to introduce at this point fruiting conditions? Just want to maybe get a second opinion maybe first.

Take a look at this. A lot of folks case and fruit at spawning, that's what you're gonna end up doing anyway so might as well get it over with.
