I am worried regardless because this is only my 4th grow.. left my cool mist on for 8 1/2 hrs full blast because I am a noob. Droplets of water falling in it from the racks in my greenhouse. First day I've noticed this (also the first pins though)

True dat. I'm surprised it's actually growing shrooms through that bacterial swamp.

Niiiice. Too bad you didn't grow what you shouldn've/could've if you'd had cleaner spawn. But good goin'!

I think I know what happened. .
Btw, I do appreciate criticism, sarcasm, etc. Any responses from vets are appreciated. After reading a few comments from Supa I came across one that made it clear to me.
I think that my jars were decent but they had a little gel look on the spawn. I'm thinking maybe I didnt PC them long enough because I was afraid of cooking my rye and wbs. They still had a biy of moisture to them when I inoculated them. With my WBS they weren't completely dry when I PCd them. Possible factor in introducing bacteria maybe?
I just had my first jars that were contaminated. Definitely undercut the PC time on them. 4 wbs and 3 rye. Two days after inoculation I seen green so I tossed them. I dont think I would get a bad syringe from sporeworks.
But for this tub adding all the spawn together probably is what fucked it up. Should have just split them into mini tubs maybe. Still not perfect but somehow I managed to get lucky . Im also using a greenhouse setup with no lids on my tubs. Probably a noob idea you think? I'm winging the fuck out of this hobby. I've always been a fan of learning the hard way.

Unfortunately nobody here really has long term patience with people who like to learn the hard way, because often they'll drag everybody else through the mud with them. So, I would find a new way to learn if possible. I would think moving past roadblocks like that is one of the subconscious reasons you're fucking with mushrooms to begin with so I mean... it should be on the roadmap at least.

Yeah, I read as much as I could before actually attempting anything. Its not really that I'm being careless , my cleanliness procedures seem to be on point, I think a mono with a lid might be my next attempt since leaving so much exposed in the greenhouse is risky. So far I've only had one full blown contaminated tub unless this is considered to be contaminated to you guys. My coir techniques have been consistent . I think I just need to PC longer rather than do 1:45 min max. Going to try 2:15 next and see how the spawn turns out.
