Same oyster log with different colored caps

Hello all,
This is my first attempt at growing some pearl oyster mushrooms, and I'm slightly confused about what is going on.
I followed RR's straw log video as closely as I could, and I also read up on here quite a bit before placing it in there. What I had setup was:
- I cut slits into the sides of the greenhouse.
- I have a humidifier on the inside of the greenhouse plastic, on the floor next to the shelves.
- I placed a little desk fan on the inside to help with air circulation (possibly unnecessary).
- I also have a box fan on the outside of the greenhouse pointing away just to get some more air flowing in the room (again, possibly unnecessary).
- The greenhouse is next to some windows for natural light, but I also have been using an LED light with a color temp of 5000k and light output of 4000 lumens.
- Humidity has been >90% and temps around 67 degrees Fahrenheit according to the digital hygrometer (which I've read can be wildly inaccurate).
The top picture is after I set it outside thinking it was done for. The bottom picture is when I had it in my greenhouse setup.

What I'm confused about is why the difference in color and fruiting between inside and outside since it is the exact same straw log. This thing looks like it's exploding now. Everything there in the top pic has basically appeared overnight. It has also rained pretty heavily the past couple days since the log has been outside.
Is there something I should check again in my greenhouse to cause the white caps and long stems? I'd like to get it back inside since there are pins everywhere and the temps here are supposed to be in the high 90's for the next week.
Thanks so much for the help!

they are doing better because they have more fresh air,,, sounds like u don't have enough FAE exchange if your greenhouse... Which also explains the difference in shape. The darker color is due to increased light.
I don't put my logs in a green house. I just hang them in the "mud room" (entrance room to my house) and leave the window open 24/7 and once they start pinning I heavily mist 3 times a day and they come out great

Thanks for the input
Do you think it'd be a good/bad/neither idea to try and bring it back inside? Have I risked major contamination by leaving it in the rain? From what I remember reading, oysters don't do well in excessive heat (upper 90's next few days). So I'm worried that I'll lose em by leaving them outside or bringing in mold to my room.
Thoughts? Again, thanks for the help!

I guess I would just leave it where ever it is producing best. But outside you might have problems with it drying out and not being humid enough. Especially since you stripped the bag off for whatever reason, I would have just cut slits in it. You are going to need to water it a lot.
I dont think it will contaminate just because you brought it outside because its fully colonized. I dont really know if bringing it back inside would be a good or bad idea. Just put it where it does best.
90F temps wont be much of an issue but definitely dont put it in direct sunlight. The bag I posted above fruited in 90 degree temps.
EDIT: but definitely address the issue of your greenhouse not having enough FAE

outside dies straw logs very fast. spinscratch is on point. you could try soaking your logs in water prior to pinning to reduce water needed.
