I'm possibly looking to hire one or two greenthumbs for a new specialty herb production in Allegheny county. I'm one manning the whole operation right now and really need a hand!
It's a really cool giant indoor warehouse herb production that has a huge potential to expand. We are growing all sorts of exotic culinary stuff that really excites the chefs around here! We grow hydroponically in a system that I sorta designed myself and it's pretty neat.
Reply or pm me for more info.
Right now it's just 2 people: me and my partner who manages the legal and administrative aspects of the business, while Im managing the operations and distribution. We are both pretty straight edge people but are very chill and we both smoke herb n what not and are friendly to that.

Not much experience is required, I'm willing to teach. You'd be working 'With' me as opposed to 'For' me, and theres a ton that you will be able to learn from.
Ideally, Im looking for someone who is young... has no huge problems... somewhat of a blank slate would be perfect... but with some kind of green thumbin experience at least... must be chill and have some kind of ambition...
I am young too, mid 20's.
We can base pay you something like $1500 a month and there's space that can be used for living within the building. It's huge.... a bit spooky, but totally safe. So you'd live for free at the business basically... I know that seems a little sketch but it's really not that bad.
If you're good and establish youself well here and we increase production, we will adjust our income accordingly.
My partner and i are fairly well established and connected in the restaurant scene in our city which is explosive. New restaurants opening every week.
Theres a huge demand for better produce, which we have the ability to supply with the space and resources that we have, but we just can't supply enough of it as we are now, a 2 man team, we need more people and I want very specific people as I described above. I've been looking here but I have yet to find anyone thats a good fit.
