Mushrooms have stopped growing

Hey all, I have been around the forums for awhile but this is my first grow and first time posting a question.
I have a grow going that is fully colonized on straw and cased, I started having my first pins July 10th around the edges of my grow, and by July 16th-17th those 7-8 mushrooms we ready for picking with more pins showing up every day. I picked 4 fruits off on the 16th and noticed absolutely 0 growth the next day on the pins and remaining 4 mature fruits. I picked the remaining 4 fruits on the 17th and ever since then (today the 19th) there has been absolutely no growth happening on any of my pins. A lot of the pins were maturing nicely until i harvest some of the mature fruits. The strain is Psilocybe Cubensis Stropharia and is kept around 78f-80f. I give it 5500k cfl for 10 hours a day, I mist once a day and fan 3-4 times a day. I will mist more if I think the casing looks like it needs more moisture, I have made sure to never let the casing dry out. I see absolutely no sign of contamination and it smells like mushrooms when I open the chamber.
Does the mycelium get "shocked" when I harvest mature fruits and stops growing for a few days to repair/recover? Im sure they will probably come around if I give them time but I just found it odd they went from growing like crazy to no new growth at all after harvesting a couple of mature ones.
I can provide pictures if it would help but its basically just casing with some pins on it around the edges.
Thanks for any input/suggestions.

Nope. They aborted. Pick them and dry them. They are fine to keep and eat. Dunk your substrate and continue to fruit for more flushes.

Is this a tray or mono? If it's a mono why are you fanning it that much?
