Substrate jars & humidity/general growth guidance. (B+)

Hello guys I'm new to growing mushrooms in general. For my first strain i have chosen B+. I have inoculated 18 - 1/2 pint jars for my first run. For the last two days I have kept the jars between 79-82 degrees with a humidity percent averaging 75%.
Now my question is: Should I mist the tub to raise the humidity? or Is it fine for colonization?
Being new all information is helpful. I also may upload photos along the way if there is any interest.
Thank you in advance.

If you are doing the PF tek, I suggest you click the LGM link In my dog and watch RogerRabbit's video on how to do the PF tek correctly.
