Tastiest cannabis strains

I love smoking and am fairly addicted to it, not just becouse of the high though the flavor of some good bud is amazing and hard to say no to
So what are the tastiest strains you have tried?
Here are some of my favorites:
Fire OG/ any OG kush really Sour Diesel Lemon Diesel Cherry Pie Blackberry Kush Cinex
Each of those has such a unique flavor/ aroma. Lemon Diesel may be my favorite as it has such a strong citrus/ diesel flavor

I have not had any of that one in years, can't really remember its taste particularly either though it was some outdoor so probably not the nicest.

The best tasting bud I've smoked was called Gummy Bear and it tasted just like its name.
I had some Lemon G13 and it tasted like lemon pine-sol, so dank.
I dabbed some Girl Scout Cookie shatter that you could read through and it tasted like sucking on a piece of candy.
There are many more but I made mental notes in my memory for those three regarding taste.
The strongest smelling bud I've had was Blueberry X White Widow. You could smell a gram in someones pocket across the room.
Break open the vacuum seal and the whole house would smell.

I'm completely partial to the flavor of OG's and Bubba's. Fortunately, those two also work the best for my needs effects-wise, especially OG's.

Blueberry/Blue Dream Strawberry Cough
i was fortunate enough to get a taste of a throwback-strain from the late 80's called Power Flower (Amsterdam origins according to the interwebz)
years ago i had a couple hits of a strain called "Red Wine." it was an amazingly full-bodied, yet smooth smoke with hints of oak and cherry. not sure which terpene was responsible for the oaky flavor

Jack Herer or G-13. They have that pine smell and taste that is so smooth and icy. Perfect for winter time.
Girl Scout cookies is tasty.
Grand daddy purple has that dank classic indica taste and smell. Classic for me because it was the most popular thing ever when I was in high school in Sacramento. And it was the first purple weed I ever saw.
Currently smoking on tangie. I love it and highly recommend it to all you guys.

Sour Diesel is good because it is so pungent.
Strawberry Cough is really pleasant and tasty and mellow and smooth with the obvious Strawberry overtones.
Jaegermeister is the perfect purple weed. It smells and tastes exactly what one would want a purple weed to taste like.
Afghani. Nothing tastes anything nearly like it. I might consider it to the the original, or base, scent of weed.
Larry OG Kush tastes like a bag of Skittles in a good way.

Its funny you guys are listing off several strains that all have the same genetics. Like anything OG is really diesel re named. While anything diesel is actually Chem dog renamed. They taste like plastic plus whatever they're crossed with.
. My favorites taste wise are that western mass super skunk. A 1984 skunk no.1 from Amsterdam. Blueberry. Northern lights. White widow As stated early wwxbb The diesel family. Of course.

I love the taste of lemony, citrusy, fruity(purple) or Nice OG strains have An amazing taste floral but bold taste like an IPA of the pot world. Most it's BS but strains ARE different. I love all these tastes but after 8 years of smoking weed everyday all I care is indica, sativa, thc content, look feel and density

Larry is a shitty strain to grow, ime.
and while you may know this, many others don't. Most, if not all CA grown weed, that didn't originate from Amsterdam seeds or Asian seeds, is a descendant of Afghan Kush. Not sure where the Hawaiian strains came from, so i can't comment there

While they may have the same genetics, they are significantly different phenos; That they both came from Dawg seems like a safer statement. Still, there is no sort of consensus on where Chem/Dawg Bud, OG, or Diesel came from. As often as these genetics throw out selfed seeds, and as long ago as they all originated, we'll never know what came first, and which cuts are simply another renamed.
I don't think there's a consensus on whether Hindu Kush (Cannabis Indica) or Afghan (Afghanica) came first either, unless Hindu is what you meant by Asian seed.

Hindu and Pakistani Kushes, yes
i don't want to reveal too much, but i have some intimate knowledge on the matter, at least specifically to Humboldt/Mendo, of what strains gave way to the strains of the 80's which gave way to the strains of the 90's
Afghan is by far the dominant of those two counties, and as the epicenters of Cannabis cultivation in CA, it's safe to say Afghan is the dominant of most, if not all, of CA-based strains

I would doubt it's anymore intimate than info available across the weed forums, but obviously you are free to share (or not) whatever you want. I don't think there is much argument that most genetics today can be traced back to old 80's seed stock, though, nor (much argument) that kushes, skunks, and NLs were the most popular. I know many people feel that more specifically, Hashplant was the single most important (and most bred/common genetically) strain for modern cannabis.

Since this thread say "tastiest" I would answer that Blue Dream and Blue Dream crosses have the best and most consistent flavor so:
Final answer is Alpha Blue aka "Dream Diesel" (Blue Dream x NYC Diesel) is the tastiest.

A lot of people grow new mothers after a while, but it is still inevitable. Other breeders besides Dutch Passion have sold SC seeds (Assuming you're using them by the high price), although who knows whether you'll like it as much. Always the option of seeing if it selfs well too, or back-crossing it, to make years of seeds yourself.

All strains aren't tasted in reality they are felt which is why smoking once everyday is normal. At 75mg that's about a fifth of a gram, if just 25 grams makes it into your blood you have at least 2mg in every two liters of blood

Well made bubble has in general is delicious. I made some Gorilla Glue hash recently that tastes crazy strong, not quite as tasty as some sour D hash I have had.
I bet that Durb poison bubble taste amazing.

I don't think there's a consensus on whether Hindu Kush (Cannabis Indica) or Afghan (Afghanica) came first either, unless Hindu is what you meant by Asian seed.
. We do know which came first, Chen dog. Which was brought over to the east coast and called diesel. And was taken to the west coast and called o g. Because a year before that no one wanted the "chemical" weed. So he brought the same strains renamed so they would go because its killer weed.ive had phenos of Chen that are the exact same as that pheno of diesle that's the same pheno of og. They all have different phenos, that match up with the other strains to a tee. People get "og" one time and they think the pheno they smoked is the definitive strain. Then they get a different pheno of the same strain and dont believe its the same strain.

You don't get it, they're all the same strain just different phenos that have 90% of the same basic traits. Including taste. If you don't think sp your smoking something that isn't any of those and was given a name. Chemdog the person still makes it around, you don't believe me go ask him and have him tell you what happened, because he was there. That's how I found out.

Yes, the different phenotypes do indeed have similar traits, because they are after all the same plant and flower. Most of the strains users have suggested in this thread.
I have to respectfully disagree with the taste being the same or similar throughout different strains, though. Especially if you're comparing a Sativa to an Indica strain.
With that said, I can attest that different strains will have very similar characteristics such as bud size, density, flavor, color, etc when grown and cured under optimal, controlled and similar conditions. This hypothesis only applies to buds within the same Sativa/Indica ratio, IMO.
So, the 90/10 Golden Goat I had last week tastes, looks, and feels pretty much like the 95/5 Mob Boss I had a few days prior. THC and CBD content is even similar. Same thing goes for what I have now... Girl Scout Cookies at 75/25 is almost identical to Jacky White at the same ratio with similar THC contents.
The only "modern" strain I come across on a frequent basis that tastes and smells different than anything I've had recently is Good Medicine. I'll clue you in, it's not that good. It's in the 4% THC range but has an enormous amount of CBD for a flower. Good for some applications, but it tastes like fucking brick weed.
In conclusion, I don't even know anymore if I agree with you or not, whitelights. I think I just wanted to disagree but ended up proving you're right in my own post .
Weed's great!
Yea, that's a good closing line.

Purple creeper really isnt the tastiest nor is white walker and ive yet to find a strain besides blueberry that is, they dont sell much blueberry at Organicann ALTHOUGH i did see a cross awhile ago! must look again. Ive found it hard to leave purple creeper behind how do you walk away to another strain? Some addiction issue, it seems kind of a ruth argumentative mean strean to be honest hence purple Creeper. You dont realize someone as a creeper when your paranoid but more of a hallucination of yours, and i need a strain to compliment this. White walker was good but it named someone as a really hyped up walker...simple,,better than creeper but still not it. They got sold out. Club strains are hard to find pleasurable tastes because they are so strong and harsh heavy hitting, all of them. Dealer weed back in the day was mellow and tasteful but less intense in effects. Need a intense effects but calming--indica--that goes down the Throat WELL, smooth, so tasty i want more and more. WILL find, just need to look. Cant take posts for truth about myself cuz everyones reaction taste buds are different. THANKssss..................

Some really good stuff. The terpenes produced by that flower are incredibly rich and full flavored.
THC levels have been so diverse here with that strain over the last 3 months, unfortunately.
Been ranging from 14-22%, but mostly on the lower end of that spectrum during the August co-op grow which is still what's available. Makes for great PHO after a 36+ hour purge though .
So, tastiest bud is what OP wants to know..
IMHO:
Golden Goat (Sativa 95/5) - Blackberry Kush (Indica 30/70)
Golden goat has essentially become Colorado's state strain, although I believe it was first crossed in the plains of Nebraska..Somewhere in the plains.
A balanced earthy flavor is the best I can describe it.
I'm not very much into Indicas, but when it comes to flavor, Blackberry Kush blew my mind. Straight up fruity goodness. Beautiful buds too. I just wish I could eat/vape/smoke some of it without going into a half-day coma.
