Bugs, Thought to be Spider Mites

So my plants have had these bugs on them and they infest the tops of my Leonotis Nepetifolia in a few days. I thought they were Spider Mites so I treated them as such, however after cutting the infested tops and praying the plants 3 times I don't think they are. I sprayed them twice with Sevin insecticide and sprayed them once with Tobacco Leaf Tea. What are they and how do I get rid of them?

I don't think they are, but I'll keep spraying them with stuff I got in the meantime.

Perhaps you could give this a try http://www.rollitup.org/t/how-to-kill-spider-mites-100-naturally-no-chemicals.475307/ I've seen a lot of people on Reddit testify to it's effectiveness.

I would remove any part of the plant that has as high of a concentration of the mites as pictured. Spray the parts of the plant that aren't totally overrun.

That sucks man. I had a pretty bad mite infestation before I moved and I used neem oil concentrate and it worked perfectly.
Just spray the plant with a high pressure water stream to get most of them off and to knock down the webs, then spray with the diluted neem oil on ALL parts of the plant. I mean spray under every leaf and make sure to get the branches really well. I even sprayed the top of the soil.
Haven't seen a mite since

I cut the infested parts, sprayed all the plants with the gun on blast, then sprayed them with Neem Oil. I didn't spray the soil yet, the sprinklers keep coming on and I think it'll wash it off. I might spray the soil tonight once the timers are all done. Guess now it's time to wait :3
Huge thanks everyone for help

There was still alot of them alive yesterday, could it be that since I spray in the morning the misters, and sprinklers wash off the neem oil? I sprayed last night, hopefully it's on the plants long enough.

High humidity will lower the breeding rates of two spotted mites. Curiously high humidity favours predatory mites which feed on the two spotted mites. Neem oil works, so does Safers Soap, same too White Oil (has to be < 25C to be safe to plants), Maverik is a synthetic pyrethroid and works but has to be used in contact, where a Rogor is systemic. Best to add some plant safe wetting agent like Agri-Soak2 so you can better adhere the insecticide to the plants and hold off if it will rain and don't spray irrigate for 24hrs. As with all insecticides they can kill the good guys too. Lacewing larvae, hoverfly larvae, and lady beetles and their larvae will all eat two spotted mites.

You should use the IPM method from now on. Once you have bugs, you need to assume they will return.
Buy a larger bottle of Azamax (foliar and systemic treatment) - as well as Mighty Wash, and liquid ladybug.
They do look like mites to me. Are your leaves yellow spotted? I just got done a war with mites, and it isn't fun at all. Now I need to spray every 10 days or so just to make sure.
Due to the rate of reproduction, you can have an all out infestation in 8-10 days. It's crazy.
Mites can float in on air currents. I hate them.
You can also get predatory mites that only eat other mites and not plants.

Yes, my leaves were getting a bunch of yellow spots. However the weird thing was they infested the Leonotis Nepetifolia plants but never touched my cannabis. So I chopped them all to waist height and sprayed them, last night was the 2nd time and hopefully that should take care of them. I'll think about getting lady bugs, however I think they'll die from no food. At least that's what my dad told me.

My greenhouse has pretty high humidity and also hits pretty high temperatures, wonder why they breed so fast. I sprayed them and trimmed the plants, I'll wait to see what happens next.
