Just put them in that cooler without water and put it anyplace that's 72-80 the air flow is for when your knocking them up

If you have an AC, that will be more than enough. No use making it harder than it is.

Started with 10 jars. Lost 7 to contams. Mostly because of being in denial about contam and failing at isolating and handling the contam. But the 3 jars remaining look beautiful. The styrofoam cooler is working great at keeping the temp the same for hours [kept usually at about 75]. Woulda kept it in front the ac but even sitting in front of the ac in this house still keeps it above 82 F.

Still fighting on. Thanks for the input guys.
