I've been smoking pipe tobacco after work lately and I can clearly notice my lungs not working as well as when I'm just using the vape
Got some 10mg tobacco-flavored juice in the RDA now and it has one hell of a punch to it
Pairs very well with the bourbon

I wanna get some tobacco flavored juice. All the ones I've tried are on the fruity/creamy side. 10mg sounds like it'd be pretty strong. I use 6mg and it's pretty hard hitting using sub ohm coils

Yea I have a huge nic tolerance lol but I make my own juice and it's cheap as fuck so I make my juice strong to use up more nicotine solution
Most tobacco-flavored juice you'd buy from a vendor sucks shit, to get the best tobacco juice you gotta make it yourself using the right ingredients.. The recipe for mine is posted in the DIY Recipe Thread in the E-Cig Vapers United section of the user created forums

What do you mean about your arms and a technical issue
The technical issue is a musical concern which has been worrying me for about two months.
Now that its basically out of the way, there's just my injured arms to worry over.
That being said, many great performers have gone on through arthritis and the like... I just never imagined constant pain, electric sensations and debilitating numbness would be part of my moment to moment musical life before even reaching 30. Being a vocalist with pulmonary disease has been bad enough already without my arms joining in.

What's up guys? I'm coming down off 1P, effects are 90% gone except the stimulation. I have all this restless energy and nothing to do with it. I wish I was at a classic arcade game expo right now. So much energy!

Then whenever I wanna light off a firebomb in my mouth I can just chop a little piece off a pepper and chew it up

Talking about 'spicy food' (hot cheetos aren't really spicy, but nonetheless), that reminds me, I had a crazy ass dream last night. Really vivid, but it all had to do with the food in my kitchen. I remember looking at the broccoli in my fridge pretty vividly as I was writing a shopping list. There was some watermelon I had cut up the day before, but it had seeds in it, usually get seedless. Milk was bad. I had some hot Cheetos in my cabinet that had been sitting there for a while because I wasn't feeling them. All of this was exactly as it was in real life down to the milk being bad, very vivid dream. Indistinguishable from real life honestly. I was taking note of all my foods and their little quirks. Like, why do I have this instead of this when I'm not eating it kind of stuff.
Was trying to lucid dream last night before I went to bed, and never quite got there with my regular method. Eventually did after this happened though:
There was a black out part, I suppose I went to the store during it. Because I was back in my kitchen looking through all the food, and it was all different from before. Milk was replaced with almond milk (which I usually have, but my wife drinks regular milk), the watermelon was seedless, and when I looked in the cabinet, there was the half eaten bag of discarded hot cheetos, still sitting there. Right next to it, I saw a different bag though. They were still cheetos, but they were a different flavor. The bag said they were mandarin orange flavor.
I got spine shivers reading it, and instantly went into a lucid dream mode. I was able to take control of my whole body, walked outside and looked around. Was really odd, because often when I lucid dream, even though I'm aware of dreaming, I'm not able to have such powerful control of my body for that long of a period. I was able to go on an adventure around my block without being catapulted into another abstract dream. Was pretty trippy.

Pat what is your "usual method"?
I did it ONCE. I went to sleep, closed my eyes but made sure to stay awake even though my eyes were shut. basically tricked my body into thinking I was sleeping and I was literally flying. Great lucid dream.

I started digging up genealogy stuff and traced my family lineage from my father to his father to his, etc, back to 17th century england. Dude came over to virginia in 1643 at the age of 16 as an indentured servant. His great-great grandson fought in the revolutionary war alongside G. Dubya. Pretty cool history. One of my other great-great-great something grandfathers was also one of the original mormons with joseph smith and was killed by a mob

I have to be pretty awake to do so, can't do it if I'm feeling tired, but it's a really effective method. Works best for day time naps. I think this has to do with REM coming on quicker and longer the more rested you are, and the less into your day you've gone. Though that's just a theory, I can't say for sure.
I lay down, on my back, legs shoulder width apart and arms at my sides a few inches from my body. You can't move, moving will instantly kill it and you have to start over. You'll lay there for 10 or 20 minutes before it starts, but you start to get itches on your body. Instinct is to scratch them, but if you lay perfectly still and ignore the sensation, then the body slowly drifts to sleep while the mind stays active. You might also get the urge to roll on your side as the sleep sets in, this too will kill it. The goal is to ignore all urges to move, and lay perfectly still, only breathing and focusing on un-tensing your body the whole time. Granted, the urges to move are quite strong when your falling asleep. Any movement will wake you up more though (according to the books I've read, it's because blood rushes back to certain body parts. Old books though, not sure on the actual science).
Eventually you get this vibration feeling in your skin. A buzzing sensation. I like to focus on the buzzing sensations, which usually start in my legs, and try and focus them up to my arms. When most of your body is buzzing, you need to use your mind to simulate muscle movement in your arms or legs, without actually moving your physical muscles. When I'm able to get the sensation that I'm moving muscles, I try to move them harder. If you can jerk your arm in front of you in your imagination, without moving your actual arm, this will help tremendously. It's a hard balance though, and sometimes I accidentally move my actual appendages in the process, waking me up slightly.
It sounds weird, but when you get control of one appendage, you can move your focus to other parts of your body simultaneously. Once I have a solid grasp of my whole body, I imagine myself lying there, slowly hovering myself outside of my body until I can picture myself from the third person looking at my real body and an imaginary one. My conscious body, the one looking at it all, is separate and third person, but is controlling the floating body instead of the one lying there.
That point has gotten easier for me to get to after a few years of practicing it, but the part afterwards is the most difficult. I try to consciously put myself in a first person view of the floating body. This has an odd effect a lot of the time. I might completely go first person, only to quickly lose control of my appendages as I lose lucidity. But when done correctly, I gain composure and can control the body walking around, eventually opening the door outside of my room.
When I usually open my door, I'm catapulted into another world often. It's when things get really abstract and it becomes difficult to maintain lucidity in all the weirdness. I have a few times though. I remember being in some dreams that were war like until I would die, and then I'd respawn and realize it was all a game. Those dreams are a lot of fun. I remember one where I realized it was a game, and when I respawned I'd go through the same movements, changing my tactic each time. There was this demon like entity that would keep hunting me down and changing tactics as well though. It was odd, because he was the least game like thing in the whole dream, where everything else seemed robotic in nature, he was vivid and real, sending attack dogs on me and burning me at the stake with every successive retry. That was the first dream where I died in and didn't wake up freaked out in.
Another method is making up music in my head while using the same lying down procedure. Instead of focusing on my body parts, I focus on making music in my head. This is enjoyable, and leads to some pretty crazy music as the dream comes on. It gets louder and more intricate as sleep comes on, and eventually if I'm still doing it actively, I'm dreaming and aware that I am doing so on my own accord. This method doesn't give me control of my body though. Just the awareness that I am dreaming. I'm usually stuck in a third person view when I use this method, but it's an easier method to go lucid for me.
