Hi guys. My last try with AA+ went almost disastrous.I made 6 small jars with grass seeds and only one of them produced small amount of fruits.Others had freaking bacteria contam :/ This time I made 4 jars, same procedure with glove box, gloves and flame. Jars started to colonize wery well,MC was perfect but now 3 of them stalled badly and Im sure it's bacteria contam again.I never experienced mold problem so I bet my sterile procedure is not the issue at all. Im using freaking polyfill lids with silicone injection ports. I need some advice how to deal with this bacteria problem and what I should I do better.
Thanks. Mr.Lizzard

you should stop squirting spores into your grains and do it right then. especially in the summer, when the green is meaner.
and take the gloves off that box for better protection!

yes you must use agar. Especially in the summer. that is, if you want appreciable results.

I did it in a cardboard SAB for 9 months. Just as long as the air's still and you're careful with your movements, and prep your area https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/20048771#20048771 But ignore the fancy magnet stuff. That's all you need. or https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/21116501#21116501
