Hello,
I like to know if those golden teacher are safe to eat? I heard that if they become black, that are no longer healthy. And there was also a lot of white mold on the soil in the growing kit.
Thanks for help.

As said the black stuff is just spores and completely safe, though ideally you would want to harvest before that happens.
Are you sure the white mold isnt cubensis mycelium?

I'd eat them.

If you're unsure, just boil them and make a tea! That's what I recommend to my friends if they trip out about spores and oxidation.

Where did you think mushrooms grew from? The mycelium IS the mushroom. When you see a mushroom, you're only seeing the tip of the iceberg. A mushroom is the final stage of the organism's life cycle.
You need to do some reading.
