Possible panaeolus species?

Species # 1

Height: Between two samples, 5 cm and 6.5 cm

Habitat: Unfertilized lawn near driveway after several days of rain

Gills: Tan-light brown

Stem: Light beige-tan darkening to brown further towards the base, approximately 1.5 mm thick, fibrous, easily stripped

Spore Print: Dark grayish-black, very nearly purple, but not quite

Cap: Golden tan at apex, brownish gray at the center, brown band at the bell, slight slimy texture post-rain, diameters of 2 samples are 1.25 cm and 1.75 

Bruising: None observed

General location: Northwest Minnesota

First off, I am at best a novice so make sure you get a trusted obervers opinion. However I belive those to be Pan.Fo.
Pan subs will have jet black spores and thicker stems with twisting lines. When hunting pan.Subs, I look for in furtalized or newly sodden lawns. On the fungi I look for grey to black gills with a thicker spirolliing stem.
