No pinning, what am I doing wrong?

I have three pf cakes of B+ that aren't pinning after 14 days. They have been dunked and rolled and look healthy. The humidity is at 99%, FAE 4 times a day and light in 12/12 shifts but the room I have to keep them in stays at 80 - 84°F, would that be enough to keep them from pinning?

Forget about the humidity, it will fluctuate regardless of what you do. Just keep the surface of those sexy cakes glistening like the grass after a rainshower on a warm Sunday morning.
Get those cakes to a part of your house where the temp is in the low 70s. Shoot for 70-74f.

Pics of the cakes?

The humidity is at 99%,
So it's in a box with stagnant and the air is so saturated with water it can only hold 1% more? Fruiting is more like 55-80% humidity is ideal....

FAE 4 times a day
FAE should be constant thanks to the construction of your chamber. What do you mean 4 times a day? O.o please take pics of your chamber.

Try keeping them at like 70-75°F.. PLEASE post pics man. So far this sounds like it's not going so well...

Had a senior moment and forgot to post the photos with it. The first 3 days, my chamber was set up as a sgfc but the the humidity wouldn't stay above 70 unless I misted 4 times a day. I've since added a aquarium pump and air stone, covers most of the holes except the ones on the bottom and a few on the sides and top. I still fan it with the lid 4 times a day. Also just moved it into a cooler room.
(edit: sorry about the photo orientation)

All of that is wrong and bad. Undo everything and keep misting.

The design of the SGFC alone is what provides the perfect environment for cakes, no need for the pump. Make sure you move it away from any walls to increase the amount of airflow that enters the tub.

hmmm get rid of that bubbler thing and the hygrometer.. you need to give the moisture on the cakes a chance to evaporate, which is a pinning trigger. and you dont really need to fan it. you can give a few swipes after you mist but thats really unnecessary with a proper SGFC, too. also, only mist when the cake's surface starts looking dry(no more tiny little drops of moisture).
also, do you have holes on all six sides, with the tub off the table by about 6in? if not, do it.
just do a lot more research. filter results to only newer threads.

thanks for the speedy reply, I'll ditch the pump and go back to the original sgfc set up. yes, holes on all six sides with 2" spacing.

Sometimes it can take more than two weeks to see pins.
Don't get caught up in a "perfect schedule" of misting and fanning. Instead, go by how your cakes looks in order to determine your misting and fanning frequency. If cakes look dry, mist/fan, then don't mist again until they look dry once more.
I also wouldn't worry about humidity. I've never used a hydrometer, IMO it's not necessary at all.

A nice thick verm layer on those cakes will do you some good too. I'd mist them and re roll them making sure the verm actually sticks.
