Leave your harvest in a dehydrator for 10+ hours or store in a brown paper bag in a refrigerator?
I'm leaving for work in about an hour and just plucked some tubs. What would you do?
I've pre decided to leave them in the fridge until I get home tonight to dehydrate.

I often leave big harvests of thick fruits in the dehydrator for 12+ hours to make sure they're dry anyway, you could leave them way longer with no problem, no moisture no oxidation.
