Bit of green on top but pins all over sides already, think she'll pump em out still?

From all I've read this first flush should produce still, just not as well as if I hadn't used a 15lb weight to keep it compressed XD hahaha and maybe some strays after that first run?
Anyone have experience with almost 90 degree weather and pinks? heard it is fine as long as they stay hydrated and humid, is this correct?
Update, salt paste did wonders, mold literally looks like it is dying (I know that's a dream lol)
but here it is my first basket trying to live life to the fullest! lol

looks like it went anaerobic in the middle. Maybe your straw is too wet. I hear pinks are a warm weather strain so hopefully u might get a little something. but i wouldnt hope for much. never grew them before but I have 20lbs of spawn ready to go to.

If you're cold water pasteurising, I wouldn't worry about adding a bit too much of whatever chemical you are using. Only if you add much too much will it really make a difference. Also, 2 hours isn't really long enough. For a cold water soak you want 5-6 hours, and there's no harm in leaving it for a day. It's only heat pasteurising that you need to limit the time for. Indeed, if the pasteurisation soak was the only way you hydrated the straw then it may not even have really taken on enough water in 2 hours. It takes quite a while for straw to properly absorb water, so that it soaks right in.
