This came to me as a bit of a shock this morning. I'm curious to hear what the Shroomery thinks, considering y'all are the most cynical group I interact with.

The guy who apparently would never sell out, has just sold out.
Hillary is everything he has spent HIS WHOLE LIFE fighting against; privilege, obscene wealth, elitism; such a shame to see him sell out like that.
I wonder how much he was paid?

hes shifted her very much to the left on key issues. I don't feel he sold out... what more can he do? he can't be president, and as if trump were the choice endorsement. Sure he could run third party... but as if that were a real thing in America.

BS, pardon the pun
Third party is a reality everywhere else
Single payer is a reality everywhere else
Gun control is a reality everywhere else
This was Bernies chance, this was his moment, and now he's pissed it all away,
I gaurantee he's been paid off

Well I think this entire Presidential election is just a fucking joke
I mean it's never been as much of a joke as it is this time
Like it's as if the government is literally making fun of all the idiots and meanwhile the idiots are going bonkers about everything in the media that they're told they should feel a certain way about
It's just a fucking shitshow as far as I can tell, and maybe the government has always been a shitshow but it's getting worse

I was gonna say the same thing myself
It's almost insulting, the way we were all brought up in the public school systems to love our government and never question it, and now that we're old enough to actually vote who is there to vote for? Some bitter old white lady with blood on her hands versus a fucking con-artist businessman
Yeah it seems pretty fucking insulting when I think about it

LOL school was sooo much white-washing of US history and indoctrination. I had one good civics/gov teacher who taught us the truth and told us all the BS. He even smoked with students and picked up some kids drunk from a party so they ddidnt drive home and named one of there bongs... he taught us of all the rigging and shit...
... go figure he was fired the year after I left... the day I left for the early college (he gave me my recommendation letter) he took me out of classes for the day and hung out with me in his room and asked what music i liked and we talked bout reggae and he played a bunch and then he asked if i had smoekd yet LOL. then offered me a bunch of food and shit. good man.
He was always blazed, wed pass in the halls and just laugh at the redness of ones eyes.
SUCH A FUCKING KING. I wish I had his # or something cool dude.

This day was gonna happen...Bernie got her to agree with him on the free college tuition thing as leverage for his backing of her. The general election is all but over...get ready for your first female President of the United States of America as I have been saying all along. Trump might as well just save his money or maybe use it to pay back some of his Chapter 7 debts. Lol, like that would ever happen.
Trump is not fit to run this country and all the bullshit campaign strategy deflecting attention to Hillary's Email and the Benghazi tragedy won't do a damn thing except lather up some more rednecks that actually think Hillary is gonna take their guns from them. If half of the Bernie supporters vote for Hillary....It will be a landslide. If I were Mitch Mitchell, I would get busy authorizing Obama's choice for Supreme Court Justice because Hillary's is liable to be a much more liberal individual.

Thayen, you're about the most politically inept person on this board. Hillary isn't going to be the president.
To all the BernBots: your lord and savior just sold his soul to the devil. What a piece of shit. Makes you think if he was ever genuine in the first place. He probably just would've sold out once in office. Looks like there's only one real candidate left. Trump is a real person with real ideas on how to improve the lives of average Americans. Hillary is a figurehead for the corrupt elite who want to increase the wealth gap, rapidly expedite globalism and utterly fuck the American people. Fuck Hillary, you'd really have to be totally mindless to vote for her.

There's never going to free college, just wait until Hillary maintains the status quo, the current civil unrest is still in it's infancy stage.

Koods my beef is the ruling elite is all wealth and always has been. The same familys who were wealthy thousands of years ago are still in power... the american dream is an illusion. We still have royal lineages....
plebs.
I suppose you're right pointing out just Hillarys fallacious nature is unfair the all the others.

He signaled a long time ago that he would endorse Hillary if she won the nom, so I'm not surprised. Mostly I'm just disappointed that he lost. I was still holding out hope that he might pull an upset at the convention, but I guess not and we're stuck with ol' grandma nixon ironbox. I heard Hillary had to negotiate her platform with him to get the endorsement, so good for him on that. If nothing else comes out of the hot primary we've seen with the democrats, at least, maybe, Bernie has succeeded in pushing the democratic agenda a bit to the left.
