its just like i forget stuff, difficulty concentrating. I feel it in my head everyday, It freakin sucks.

Are you taking any pharmaceutical medication OP?

Nope not right now ,at first it caused me lots of anxiety so I took Ativan and Etizolam the 2 first week then stopped and went on zopiclone to sleep for about a month, now it's been 2 months benzo free. The only drugs I take atm are 2-3 beers on the weeknd.
I might try a stim I'll ask my doc, I don't have much anxiety anymore.
@goldcaphunter did it started out of the blue or you were always like that kinda?
@trippy already trying to do that, I'm about to start a good schedule, I'm getting tired of this. 1hr workout everyday,30min meditation omega 3,b12,vitamin D, magnesium, and healthy fat diet, less sugar and processed salt.
If it doesn't work I guess ill go on a stim diet

If you were on zopiclone I take it you have issues with insomnia? How's your sleep pattern?

now its pretty good, always had good sleep hygiene because of weed before. i sleep a good 9hrs everynight now but at first it was hard without the weed. but got over it, go to bed at 8h30pm fall asleep around 9h30, wake up at 6h30 for the job. i do wake up 2-4 times everynight tho but fall asleep 2-3 min after.
i was talking it for the anxiolytic propreties mainly. because i would jolt awake 3-4 times or hear a loud bang/telephone sound when i was about to drift into sleep.
now its mostly gone it seems

'Jokeshopbeard' asked if you took pharmaceuticals, and you say "no, not now". However, in response to your anxiety from your brain fog, you took two weeks of etizolam and ativan, then zopiclone, which is just like Ambien. I've never tried Ambien, but I've always heard it can cause, well... a brain fog. My last girlfriend was prescribed that same benzo/z-drug combo for crippling lifelong trauma, and she would not complain or find it odd to be experiencing a brain fog. Sounds like you are fairly familiar with and have reasonable access to pharmaceuticals and I would start looking there for the answer to your issue. The casual nature of how you'll just maybe ask your doc about a stim, and how you have shorcut nicknames for stimulants, reveals more about your attitude towards Big Pharma. These synthetic drugs help a small percent of people, yet mostly exist so corporations can make profits on substances which cause dependency, are over prescribed, cause horrible anxiety after quitting, and the long-term effects are unknown. Drugs never end up solving anything. Ask if maybe it's factors in your life to subtract rather than add. You just need to get in touch with and be true to your physical and mental well-being.

I used to get bad brain for most of the time. It completely cleared after several months on Source Naturals Life Force TM which leads me to believe it was either some sort of deficiency, a circulatory disorder or free radical powered thing.

Nice with the vitamins^^^ You could also try nootropics with an added choline source. Definitely noticeable effects within a few days/weeks. Helps greatly with cognitive function. Will also totally weird you out when you can notice a huge difference in brain activity and or decision making.
I like to stay away from the stims due to vasoconstriction. Tend to lean more towards vasodilators these days for energy/focus and great side effects lol

Actually that multi IS a nootropic, it contains nootropic ingredients like Ginkgo Biloba and CoQ10.

I have recently begun eating a capsule a day containing 800mg Sarcosine (N-Methylglycine) and find it to be the most pleasant nootropic I ever dealt with. Piracetam makes me sick Sarcosine powers me up.

Hey thanks for the heads up on "sarcosine" I haven't seen that. Looks as if it has multiple beneficial uses as well. As of now I take agmatine sulfate 500mg to 1g daily. The effects on memory an overall function have been very pronounced. Its easier to recall "visually memory" faces, places etc . Right now I just mainly blend and eat healthy for my vitamin intake. My diet is insane from trying to build muscle therefore I don't take a multi although I did when I was trying to lose weight and limiting calorie intake. Blending has been the most beneficial thing ive ever done for my body and mind. Talking about blending always makes me feel like a late night infomercial but I have never had anything impact my over-all mindset and health more than blending fruits/vegetables/protein on a daily basis. Just once a day in the morning and then eat regular for the rest of the day.

Quark. Not the subatomic particle but, the fermented dairy product. Its rich thick stuff thats chock full of protein.
it has NO fat, LESS lactose than milk and 2-4x as much protein.
See if they have that where you live, its the most delicious way to take added protein neat, and if you combine that with blended fruit & veg and cool it you might whip up something with the consistency and satisfaction of a sorbet but without any of the bad stuff.
The stuff on average has 9% casein. Shit shuts you down if you're hungry.
Fun part, its WAY cheaper than protein powder supplements.
