TEST: to see how brainwashed you are: 1

So, do you believe that:
1. Conspiracies are bullshit and that there’s no way information is being hidden from you?
2. Those at the tippy top of the power pyramid have your best interests and the earth’s best interests at heart?
3. Politicians are at the tip of this power structure?
4. Our governments are operating independently of this shadow structure?
5. Free trade agreements such as the TPP and TTIP are in the best interests of the people and not corporations?
6. Law equals ethics?
7. Personal freedom is fundamental to our legal systems?
8. Democracy is in a healthy state and therefore there’s no need for electoral and legal reform?
9. Politicians, academics, journalists and scientists are not compartmentalized and therefore can see the big picture of how the system works?
10. The mainstream media provides cutting edge information in an unbiased way that will reflect to you the truth about what’s happening in our world?
11. You’re going to find the absolute, no holds barred truth, via the TV?
12. The system is the way it is because that’s the only way it could work?
13. Pre-existing money is loaned by banks, not freshly created by them out of thin air?
14. We need private banking organizations to make money out of nothing for us and make squillions of dollars for the privilege?
15. A genuine people’s central bank will create hyperinflation and initiate the end of the world?
16. Money will always be necessary and that it is not a tool of enslavement?
17. The widespread suffering across our planet is not the result of the economic system, but the result of natural forces?
18. Adding toxins to our food, water, air and medicine is good for our health?
19. The pharmaceutical-medico complex truly wants to create cures, not customers?
20. They’re not using the same tactics as the tobacco industry once did?
21. They’re trying really hard to find cures for diseases, such as cancer, and that there’s absolutely no way they would suppress any such cures?
22. When near bottomless pits of money is involved in scientific ‘research’, results are not skewed to advantage the corporations funding it?
23 Natural therapies – such as meditation, herbal medicines and basic nutrition – are pseudoscience woo-woo?
24. Reality is only made of ‘matter’, consciousness is its byproduct, and you are not a powerful mind of interconnected consciousness who is comprised of both magic and madness?
25. The war-on-drugs has been intelligent and ethical, as well as successful?
26. This policy has not resulted with massively adverse impacts on society, such as increased addiction, imprisonment and criminal activity, as well as been appropriately respectful towards our natural right to explore our own consciousness?
27. The education system is genuinely designed to create little creatures of self-discovery, health, civil service and personal freedom?
28. The wars in our world have not been purposely orchestrated for more power and money?
29. Your enemy is someone in the 99.9%?
30. Or do you believe that you need to unite with your fellow man, no matter the small or large differences you may have, and work together to undermine the self-serving sickos and the system they’ve purposely designed at our collective expense?

While there is a percentage of corrupt individuals in power there are also plenty of informed and knowledgeable people that see the bigger picture of why the system isn't working and it's because of money in politics.
It's a complicated and time consuming issue that as zzripz has stated requires unity of the common people, if you want to be a part of the change you can help by supporting the efforts of wolf-pac to put in place a new amendment that would overturn citizens united and prevent corporations from being considered human beings. http://www.wolf-pac.com/

Political actions by there nature must always lie to the population. The avg person is smart enough to make calm designs and patterns that deside the rest of there future. People in groups are stupid and scared and never make good choices. {This world's laws are simple. If your strong you live if your weak you die. Those that do not live by the sword die by the sword}

Well in that case I'd say earth's best interests probably lie somewhere around staying in orbit around the sun and not getting destroyed by a huge meteorite or by the sun going supernova.
You have to admit, it was kind of an ambiguous question though.

Are we merely to trade ripostes or get into something meaty?
Many times on this forum I asked how the earth was being destroyed after similar statements and no one could come up with anything beyond emotionalism.
And you know how I loathe emotional beings...

We have interests not to make the earth inhospitable to ourselves. We can "destroy" the earth in some literal sense of the term and the universe would keep on chugging along but we won't. And some of us might want to keep chugging along.

hmmm well that to me is apathy, my friend. I know that the world is not walt disney and fluffy cushions. BUT IF there is no concerted, responsible, effort from those of us who feel and see what is happening then that is just lying down and letting it happen. What? Well they want to nuke everything for starters, and you know how unfriendly radiation is...?
There are groups that actually DO things. They SEE forests under attack they do, and their efforts help. So that is what those who feel and see must do, and not get lost in learned helplessness, and darwinian sense of it is natural what is going on
Most people do not really want war, being maimed, losing everything, and misery. This is why the insane types with our money --who are mindcontrolled themselves--spend millions on propaganda to manipulate people to 'accept' war and send their own children to war! So what do we do? Well we learn their tricks and tell others. That is very worthwhile
wolves, lions, and earthquakes. the former are not as bad as have been made out by film etc, and Confucius he say' 'don't live too close to a potentially exploding mountain. It's only common sense'

more power to you our hearts are in the same place but you are obviously much younger and so perhaps optimism reflects your better physical energy
older men like myself, (and icelander (who may have checked out)) who deal with declining powers (to put it politely) tend to look at history such as the collapse of the Roman Empire, and ask ourselves to what degree optimism is indeed a Disneyesk sort of fairytale.
If we look at the most visionary people: Science Fiction authors, I think we will find authors that take both views. Aldus Huxley who was a tripper, certainly took a dark view in "Brave New World". Some of Philip K. Dick's (also a drug user, (to say nothing of William Boroughs, & his works)) work also was pretty dark. So I don't think, just calling me, or the view, I talk about apathetic does it justice.

I am young in spirit, as we all are if we feel that. What we must do is keep asking questions. This is because they been workin' on you since you was a little un. To understand this is not to be in denial. Not to be cocksure and imagine you somehow escape it. the asking of questions is the simultaneous undermining OF the propaganda. of course you cannot wave you arm and disarm these insane claats, but you are beginning to chuck off their matrix which disconnects us from the natural world, and our bodies and feelings and spirit

IF you think trees and nature are dead, insentient, this to me, from what I have experienced and learned means you are deeply brainwashed to think and feel that way. I do not. I think and feel and know trees, and all nature is extraordinarily alive and intelligent
