A. All suffering is caused by egotism B. All egotism is caused by suffering
?
I will explain but do not want to spoil things just yet.

Well, they don't exclude each other darling. As of my opinion about these sentences, I would happily rephrase them thus:
1. Suffering may be caused by egotism or not. 2. Egotism may be caused by suffering or not.
We're not talking here about apple pies, which are objectively measurable. Suffering and egotism are abstractions, and as such, can't be "false". An experience is never false.

Suffering is caused by many things...Other people who choose to do evil..
Yourself choosing to do wrong..
Making a mistake on purpose..
Making a mistake without knowing that you are doing it on purpose..
Sometimes you cant avoid making a mistake in a game..or in school for example..because you have to make a few mistakes to learn...
But when your ready to say that I honestly do not need to make mistakes..and you are rational about morals..maybe then can you go through life without suffering your self...
But then the question comes down to other people...if I am not suffering..should I interupt someone elses life in an attempt to either Heal..or prevent suffering?
I honestly dont know the answer to this... Because I know that I am not suffering necessarily..but I can see others who choose to do wrong all around me..And I need to know what to do about it? Should I do anything at all?
maybe ill just monitor my thoughts..and go from there?

And as far as ego...you can have an ego and still be Holy..or innocent so to speak..and that is a means of a life without suffering..
But I know for sure that the ego can be a hurdle for people who commit evil and wrong and suffer..because they have stated to the world essentially that they are evil..so to all of a sudden come out of doing evil..they think they would look weak in the process..so egotism can play a role in suffering therefore!~

But which one to choose.... they both ring so true, but at the same time I want to deny them, just to leave open the question rather than filling it in with an answer.
I mean, suffering is a state of mind, whether it's caused by egotism or not. You can suffer your existence, or you can love your existence. Some people seem to have no problem with enjoying themselves and are immensely happy under any condition: always on the magic quest. While others seem to wallow in things, but maybe that's just their way, right?
Maybe, we're just moving through patterns of ourselves, suffering or not, and rather than needing to find a cause and remove it, we can just be here in the present moment with however it is we're feeling, without needing to call it one thing or another... idk, just my
