I fill up 10 and 30cc. syriges
with water, sterilize em, with a spore print in a sterile jar
put the needle in a hole in the top, inject the water (after cooled good) shake well then suck up. I put about 40cc
in and fill 4 10`s or 1 10 and a 30. That I think is the best way. Never had a slight problem.
