Yup, Trichocereus pachanoi if I had to I would put my money on it being PC beautiful plant, if you intend to ingest it consider cutting and rooting the tip at the very least.

Well, that one is throwing me off a bit. It has too many ribs to be Pachanoi, I believe there is a species called T pulhuyensis or something similar that is basically just a pachanoi with a lot of ribs The aereoles are also kinda weird, they are deep set and jagged, I haven't seen a lot of peruvianus with that feature but I'm probably wrong basically, I have no clue wait for somebody else :P I just know PC by it's lack of v notches and very jagged aereoles, like a serrated knife edge but I've also seen plenty of hybrids that show this characteristic, so it's always impossible to say for sure.

Well, taking from a healthy plant in nature (if done nicely) isn't as bad as stealing from somebody's property. I'm jealous that you live somewhere that you can just find them!

There are no native Trichocereus in the US, whatever you cut was someone else's plant.

Don't cut a cactus until you know for sure it's what you're looking for man and even then you should get permission first. First def looks pachanoi, second def isn't like the others said.

That would be because Peyote doesn't grow in Arizona.

Peyote grows in Texas, the closer to Mexico the more abundant. Starr county has the highest peyote population if I'm not mistaken

These are all Trichocereus, pachanoid for sure (San Pedro, active).
