Should I use monotub or fruiting chamber for spawned coco?

I am a bit confused. So I spawned colonised rye grains into coco coir, inside a box, convered for some time, and they seem to colonize. So now should I put it into a fruiting chamber, just like I used to do with casing, and mystify every now and the etc, or in a monotub? And what is the advantage of monotub?

A monotub is a fruiting chamber. I'm not exactly sure what the question is or what you have done so far.
By the little I can understand from your post, it seems like you spawned grains to coir in a tray, and you're not sure if you should put that into a SGFC or a monotub. If that is what you are referring to, any of them will work but I prefer the monotub personally. SGFCs are mainly for cakes IMO, monos are perfect for trays.
Also, a casing is not what you seem to think it is. A casing layer is (preferably) a non-nutritious material that is used to cover the bulk sub (grains, coir, horse or cow poo, straw, etc). This is then left to partially colonize. It's function is to retain the water you add during misting as mycelium has very poor water retention. A casing will help keep a good amount of water so more evaporation can take place and you can mist a lot less frequently. A casing layer helps a lot with getting good pinsets and even though cubes don't need it, it is still very beneficial and highly recommended. Coir is also used as a casing sometimes but peat is better IME as it has less nutrients.
You need to do a lot of more research, you seem to be confusing a lot of things and there is a lot you don't seem to understand.
Btw, at "mystify". The proper word is mist, the act of doing so is called misting.

Yes thanks. That has been helpful. Information is so scattered and I wish there was some article that makes some overview of growing bulk without entering into details. Just to clarify, if coco coir has no notritious, how can mycelium consume it?

There are many such writeups. Details are kind of hard to avoid tho. Here is the process without details.
Germinate spores on sterile media. Transfer until you have clean colony. Inoculate spawn media. Expand spawn. Spawn to bulk. Fruit.
Coir has nutes. Not a huge amount but there are some. But a substrate need not be nutritious to be colonized. Mycelium can colonize vermiculite and that simply has a few trace minerals.

Shit mycelium will even colonize perlite. That is totally inert.
