Mushroom identification
    #23430980 - 07/11/16 12:45 AM (7 years, 6 months ago)

Hello all, first time poster. Found these on a relatives property growing among pine leaves. its pretty cold here in nsw now, and has been raining a bit lately. usually have a fair few of various species pop up in this area, hoping something magical will pop up at some point. Also have three cows on the property so as far as I understand, that's another possible habitat?
Don't believe i've got lucky this time but these two specimens look pretty cool. Wondering what they are =]

thanks in advance!

Habitat:
On a property near the southern highlands NSW, both were growing on the ground in pine needles.

Gills:
One white, one white / orange

Stem:
One long and thin, about 7-8 cm, the other short and thick, about 2 cm thick, 4-5 cm long

Cap:
The one with the thin stem had about a 5 cm cap, the other 12-13 cm

Spore print color:
The thicker one has an orange spore print and the other is not showing yet.
Bruising:
The thicker one bruised orange, the other not at all.

Compare the first to Lactarius deliciousus perhaps
