my lopho flowered again

still not sure what species, but im thinking from the looks of everything it's a Williamsi

That flower with the pink in the petals makes me think it's williamsii, and the smaller pups have straight ribs, but it looks like they diffuse with age?
Amazing plant, how long have you had it?

Yes, it looks like a L. williamsii - nice plant with some good sized pups. 
I find these just keep flowering throughout the summer, unlike some cacti they have no set flowering season.  I even get the odd flower in January, when they are supposed to be resting and recuperating.

for about a bit over 6 months.

I got it on E-B@y for like 100 bucks, and the ad was for a small one but he sent me this instead and said it's at least 10 years old.

yes all the pups are flowering now as well, and the main button is continuing to flower, seems to do it about 4 times.

best method for harvesting seeds?

just wait til they're completely dry, put them in a jar and throw them in the fridge?
