Tub in Tub Incubator Setup

Hi guys. Sorry if this has been asked before, but I have done some basic background reading on the tub in tub incubator and have the following:
The larger outside tub measures 25 x17 inches (base area), by 14 inches high
On the sides of the internal tub I have room for about a good inch of water. On the bottom I have room for a good four inches of water. Is this about right for a tub in tub?
Does anyone know what sort of power output I would need for the fish tank heater?, i.e. 200W or 300W?
It seems like a lot at first, but I realise the ideal colonisation temperature needs to be above 25 degrees C, and these heaters are only designed to heat larger volumes of water at a lower temperature. Hence it seems impossible to calculate by the manufacturers standard!
Thanks guys, all help appreciated.

Its about 14 degrees outside and my AC is set to 22 Deg. C. If I crank it to 25-27 I am gonna have a huge power bill. So do you guys still get colonisation at 20-22 Degrees for, say truffles and cubes, or should I build the incubator.
Helpful guidance appreciated

I would only ever use an incubator if temps fell below 60F (15C). Your current temps are perfect, 71F is the best temperature to have. Upward of 75F will favour bacterial growth.
Incubating jars and tubs at 80F is a very old and very bad piece of information, it will only invite problems.
