If so, how? Tips?

You could take a single colonized grain and transfer that to an agar plate, let it grow out, then transfer a clean wedge to another plate to get a clean culture, then to grain jars.

Tis the only way, besides an outdoor contam pile.

If itll fruit in dirt, wouldnt it fruit in a chamber?
If not, why?
I live next door to my landlord and hes always around my yard doing awesome stuff like fixing things...which is great for things, but maybe not so great for shrooms.

Fresh air. Indoors inside a box has nothing on outdoors in that regard. Most molds thrive in high co2. Not like you can see molds covering the soil everywhere. Nothing like indoors.
is something I never see outside.
Put it on agar man before tossing. It's super easy.

Yes. A small piece of healthy mycelium. You can do culture cleanup with it.

If it's a favored culture why not do a better job preserving first?

No, put a piece on agar to do a few transfers and get it cleaned up and noc up more jars for a new indoor grow... If you are throwing it outside there is no need, just dump it.
