Best agar to bulk method? (Zero chance of contams)

Hey guys, I'm planning out my first bulk grow atm and it seems I could go a few different directions. Was hoping to get some experienced input.
I love the idea of agar and am pretty set on that. My main goal is zero contams, not speed. I'm pretty comfortable with my agar knowledge and can get an uncontaminated colonized plate. (Not really that hard in the first place)
The problem is how to get agar to bulk? I really like the idea of spawn bags with a filter patch to where you can just inoculate through the bag with a syringe and hot glue the small hole created. This seems like a great balance between sterilization and colonizing at a decent rate.
Problem is I'm working with agar and not spore prints. I don't really trust spore prints to be 100% contam free since, well, the mushroom that drops the spores have contams all over it and you can't sterilize the spore print...
So the only option I see is to find a spawn bag tek where you can open the bag in a SAB and place the entire agar in the spawn bag. (I imagine a tiny wedge of agar would take FOREVER to actually colonize a spawn bag)
Maybe I'm too set on spawn bags and need to find a bulk substrate tray method that can be pressure cooked?
I appreciate any advice on pointing me in the right direction for a tek that fits my needs!
TLDR; Whats the best 100% contam free bulk substrate method from agar plates?

Forgive my ignorance, I couldn't find any reference to "GM" with the search. What is GM?
Also, I assume you're saying slants>agar as slants for storage and agar for the first step in the next grow?
I read a post that liquid cultures could store spores indefinitely where as slants only last a few years.

GM = Grain master.
LC is not a method to store spores. It's live culture just like a slant is. I would not use it to store anything at all. It's something best used soon.

Ahh got ya. I'll do some research on that. Thanks.
Little off topic but while we're at it, what is the best technique to store your favorite strand for the longest?

If you want the least chance for contamination, inculating via wedges is best. I do g2g occasionally but I notice more bacteria whenever I do them so I try to avoid them altogether unless it's for oysters which I grow outside.
To store cultures slants are the best. check out Memphisto's slant tek.

Since I bought a mycelium syringe of Oyster today, I'd like to ask you, why you do G2G especially for oysters? Are they morge restistant to contamns?
