Here:
My grandad owns/cousin (fucking cool dude) runs a 5,500 acre farm in Australia. I'm dual nationality, so I'm gonna bugger off out there, spend 1-6 months getting to know the place and talking strategy with my cousin to get the final debts paid off on the property, build new infrastructure to build more profit, and build my own 'eco' house on the land, and then spend couple of years working in Melbourne to save what money I need to make that a reality. All dreams of my younger years - living in the middle of nowhere, on my own land, in a house designed and built by my own hand, dog by my side all day, no boss, working with the land to earn my keep, and only taking what I grow/brew (shrooms, cactus, weed, tobacco, beer).
Sounds alright huh? I'm sure there'll be hardships along the way, but such is life.

Sounds totally epic and fulfilling. Not many people have an amazing opportunity like that. Being connected to the land in that way will be life changing. I'm glad you are taking the leap. Hopefully you'll post some sweet pics to keep me updated.

That would be considered a good sized family home in the UK. Judging by the width of the house it has a decent sized back garden for the kids to play in.
What sort of monthly rent do you pay on a home of that size JSB, I'd guess probably enough to pay their bloody mortgage, and they put the price up by £80,000 in one year? Goddamn it, I can't stand these greedy bastards.

Certainly not. Had the bloody time of my life. The visuals from the acid + 2C-B combined were probably the most deep and stunning I've every experienced. Granted, I think I drank a bit much (made sure I stayed away from here this time...) but the IPA I drink when on a session is just so damn bloody tasty.

Yeah, garden was massive. Cause it's a corner plot I had a much bigger garden than the rest of the houses in the close. When my wife was living there with me we used grow loads of fruit & veg - fucking delicious:

I was paying £1200 a month (rent alone). The landlords were really good with me, they could have hiked it up a few hundred over the years but I stayed at that rate for the whole 4 years I was there.
They live in Canada, place has been rented out for about a decade at that money, plus I happen to know he paid £265,000 for it.
A tidy way to make a LOT of money this whole housing lark. I thought it was gonna be my future too, but apparently not.
Thanks so much to those who provided the well wishes, peace and love to you.
