Itzcallumboy said: Yeah I think you're right, I may have got the two confused. I have two fields on my land with a river going right between them. Before I moved here there were sheep grazing on one of the fields, I have two horses which we rotate in the fields one summer one winter field. But last year I couldn't find any Liberty caps anywhere, so I shall try again once this week is over as we are predicted a fair bit of rain. But I also have a place wich is 800 above sea level, which have sheep and rabbits on a lot of the time, it has never had any farming on it. I'm glad you told me about the cow fields I would have wasted a lot of my time looking in there, so a sheep field that isn't always used would be a good place also?
You're getting confused because 'psy' sometimes, likes to pull theories out of his arse and present them as fact.
People have been picking libs in mixed grazing land for ever, fuck all to do with confusion about looking for cubensis. The stretch of land 'psy' was talking about, along a river, was probably part of the local flood plain, I have one locally that I have to walk across to get to my producing fields, never seen a lib on the flood plain in over thirty years of visiting, whereas, the two adjacent fields that are a little higher, libs, every year.
I can't boast of as huge hauls as 'psy' can, as the fields I go to are just a few stonesthrows away from a good sized town, and every stoner -and sometimes, to my chagrin, their fucking dog- in town knows about it.
Speaking of dogs. I would not to go into fields with cows in if I had a dog with me, especialy if they have calves remember David Blunket? he got attacked by cows because, fuck-knows why, he took his guide dog into a field. They are the countries most dangerous animal after all, and should be respected as such.

Who's pulling theories out of my ass an presenting them as facts lol? Or maybe I haven't been picking before don't know much about them. Just wanting to find some lib caps and have a nice trip, shit don't jump at my neck so quick, I'm only going on what I've read. So you're saying places that have flooded before a less likely to grow there?

I wasn't "at your neck" I was refering to "psy" (PsyMindz86) and his theory/reasoning as to why to avoid cow fields, which seem overstated and, as you rightly say, you have read many others experience suggesting otherwise. You can go back through years of posts on this subject where cow and sheep grazed habitats are repeatedly mentioned, not only by me, as ideal lib hunting territory. Whether or not horses, rabbits, foxes or what the fuk else got there first is moot and based on the conjecture of one mans theorising, and, beside the point to boot. Which reminds me. Along with the wooly hat and gloves, for me, wellies are a must! I have only entered into this thread on this topic to try and counteract what I considered to be misinformation.
As stated though, cows can be dangerous especially if they're with their young, so it's best to be wary. I find them more of a bloody nuisance than anything. I've had a herd of nosy fek's come over to see what I'm upto, milling around and trampling the ground when I've just stumbled across the 'motherload' of all libs in some part of their field...I wish, but you get my drift.

Come on rain!!! We've been dry and hot for a few days now, took my friend out with me two days ago and he was pretty disappointed, we only found 30 and I'm trying to explain how I've had about 1000-1200 already from this field and he was sort of like "yeah...I believe you..." haha so bring the rain! Think we have 3 days of rain forecast for mid-week so by the weekend there should be massive flushes out.

Hahaha that's hilariously naughty of them to do that. My field last week there was this one all-black cow that was getting really nervous about my presence, I just acted like she wasn't there (but kept an eye on her!) and she calmed down soon enough. They are really curious animals though, the herd was very slowly "following" us further and further up the field as we got higher up. Always funny to see them try be subtle about it

They're funny things aren't they, they go in to a semi-circle and watch you but if you so much as breath wrong they'll scatter.

This rad skater I met told me about a mushroom picking&tripping experience he had last year, he told me a good spot to pick them (It's an infamous one in North Wales). He got me very interested indeed. Needless to say I did some forum reading and Youtube watching and got absolutely stoked to hunt down my own little shrooms. This all happened around May/June and I've been biting my nails ever since waiting for the season to be upon us.
It's gotten to the point where I just woke up from a dream about being in a damp field and finding dozens of liberty caps. I could feel them... Not long now..

I've been dreaming about libs for a few days now, I think it's excitement for next week when I go back. I've been waiting since May as well, but I found a super good acid hookup to tide me over so it's been a great few months! Welcome to the thread man

I had an acid hookup for a little while but they eventually dried up around April so I've been waiting for mushroom season for a looong time I went picking the other day but they were seriously dry and ready to wilt away and we haven't had any rain since so I have a feeling they won't have had a chance to grow yet. We neeeeed rainnnnn!

how am I missinforming, I sed just don't waste ur time lol... id rather be in a field wiv a herd of sheep, horses than I would cows, to dam time consuming! pulling theories out of my arse? no just prevouse experiences on cow fields hahahaha..
free to look everywhere,I NEVER SAID IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE!, like u aint fucking reading on seeing what u wana see, but the acres of cow fields near me there are none... I will take a pic of what cows eventually do to the ground making it void for mycelium growth.. not sure how that is theory but a fact where I live lol - lovly sloping hill sides wwith young cows no problem. marsh land near river a big problem ,, atleast for me, I would start off with looking in sheep or horse fields first , that's all, so time may not be wasted.. and if there are cattle among sheep , I would be inclined to check that field.. coz u know it aint guna be a full round of COWS CRUSHING ALL THE MUSHROOMS LET ALONE TO THE SATUERATED FLOODY GROUND
and he means that I'm right about him mixing cubensis with caps, if u would read thru propyl instead finding the first chance to get pissy with me you would of known that
that's strange, funny u both say , so have I - and they aint been on me mind if I'm honest , in the way ud think, getting out there first chance I get or anything na... but the 2 dreams ive had in the last 3 nights been picking.. I would pick one and it would then morph its form into something else.
just to add, duicebi what ever the fuck , I had actually pointed out the fact I shoulda made myself more clearer , yet your still rolling this fucker on.... as for theory and arse holes u should be questioning spectrum and light which was mentioned by a user ,, would of been good on your input on that.. but never mind

All of you seem like you have pretty good experience with drugs I need some advice, a friend has just Bought some acid tabs, but the only thing is it's not tabs the guy has the liquid and puts droplets on to sugar cubes. But he bought more than he needs, how would the best way to store them to keep there strength. Putting in a refrigerator or a freezer is NOT an option :/ so what's the best way I can store them please?

I didnt know you guys are that desperate lol. I always manage to save up a dose or two for late summer every year knowingly that the new season is just round the corner from then. But then I dont eat them as often but I do hand out to friends. Up here in the northwest temperatures are right. Just need the rain.
Rudeboy - I see no one is showing interest in the idea of a meet at the moment. Im definately up for it.

Sugar cubes are not a good method at all. I guess keeping it in an airtight bag in a drawer away from light is better than nothing but sugar cubes really suck for longterm storage.
You could try loosely wrapping the cubes in foil then airtight box them, but don't expect miracles :p Be sure to keep it away from tap water, the chlorine in it destroys acid.
How long is longterm meant to be anyway?
