Hi everyone! Im sorry if this question has already been asked, but i wasnt able to find an answer using the search function :P
This is my first (so far) successful attempt at growing with pf tek. After my jars were 100% colonized, i let them consolidate for a little over a week. i started to notice three of my five jars were already pinning inside the jar, so i birthed them, dunked for 24 hours, rolled them in some fine verm and set them up inside a shotgun fruiting chamber with about 4 inches of perlite. i have them on a 12/12 lighting schedule, and ive been misting and fanning them 3-4 times a day. The mushrooms that had already started pinning inside the jars are maturing nicely, but im not seeing any new pins. Its only been about 5 days, and i know i should maybe be a bit more patient, but im a little bit concerned with how fast the the already developed mushrooms are growing vs. the absence of new pins. Is this a problem?? I had assumed since there were already pins forming inside my jars, once i birthed them pinning would happen quickly. Is un even growing going to affect a second flush?? I feel like it might be a problem with the humidity in my FC. Does anyone have any tips on increasing humidity? ive also noticed some blueing around the stems. i read this could be because of a lack of fresh air exchange, or im possibly misting to aggressively or something lol. so im taking care of that. Any advice you guys have would be awesome!! ^_^ here is a picture!

The other cakes will probably catch up soon.

Humidity in SGFC should be like 50-80. A centimeter from the surface of the cake 90-99%
Humidity is hardly as important as most new growers think. You may be better off forgetting about the whole thing for a couple days

Thanks! Some of the veils on the bigger mushrooms are about to break. Should I pick it right away?? Or should I wait until the rest have caught up?

When the veil tears, the mushroom dumps spores and uses up nucleic material in the sporedrop, energy that it can use for more pins
They are ready for harvest when it tears
