What to charge restaurants for cinnabar chantarelles?

I wasn't sure if I should post this here or marketplace, but any thoughts?
I know that I may have trouble selling them in general because it's not a well known species, but with that said...
Any thoughts on how much per pound I should try to get? (I will be visiting restaurants I've dealt with in the past)

price is all relative but restaurants usually pay anywhere from $3-10/lb wholesale, at least that's what I've seen
I've seen people asking for $40/lb for beat to shit maitake at farmers markets tho

my mother said, to get things done, you'd better not mess with Major Tom...whose status is the baddest, everytime 'they' bless the apparatus

OK. Thanks. I think I'll make some rounds today and feel it out. I also want to ask them if there's anything specific they would like in terms of me foraging or growing.
Last year I was asking $12-$18/lb for Maitake, depending on size and condition, at restaurants and sold out.
The trouble with the cinnabars is that it takes a shitload to make a pound! I am starting to see goldens popping so that will be fun (and tasty!)

I've always wondered how these type of transactions went down. Do you just bring in a bunch of foraged mushrooms in boxes that are cleaned up and trimmed? Do you target high-end or "normal" restaurants?
Do you let the cook "prep" the mushrooms the way he wants before weighing and selling them? In terms of cutting off the woody or trashy areas of Hen or Chicken of the woods?
Do you come in a few hours before dinner menu would be put out?

I didn't have any luck selling them so I dehydrated them and traded them off for stuff I needed to get a good start with edibles
