Contam questions (w/ pics)

Newb at this. Just wondering what went wrong. Used pre-sterilized jars. Most have been growing mycelium, but for like 2 months now and have a lot of moisture/visible water droplets against the jars...is this normal?
Jar 1 pics: was doing fine and then this big splotch (of mold?) appeared. I will toss it, but does anyone know what it is that started growing?
Jar 2/cake pics: unsure if contamination or not...I need some advice. There is a very pale pinkish spot on the mycelium in the jar. What is it? Mycelium looks like ice: smooth, shiny/glistening...should it? Took the cake out, it is solid and smooth. How should it look/feel? I did the research, but I'm still unsure and would like opinions/advice from those with experience.

Cakes should feel firm and not soft at all, with a healthy mush smell
if it smells bad, toss
if it has mushroomy smell but questionable spots, cut them out with wide margin
if it is light in weight, dunk in cold water
case it with pasteurized verm after dunks

Cake was firm and solid, it looked fine, definitely didn't smell bad, it didn't really smell like anything to me. I did the dunk and roll and am in the stage of fresh air exchange/light/humidity.
But did it look fine in the pic? (Sorry, wasn't sure how to convert jpg to anything but pdf). The jar was totally covered in white mycelium, except for that one little spot of pale pinkish-brownish on it, hardly noticeable. Is it still okay? If it fruits fine then will the fruits be safe to eat? Is it possible to fruit unsafe shrooms if the mycelium had been contaminated? Is there a way to tell if the fruits are safe (other than by looking healthy)?

If it produces mushrooms, the mushroom tissue is sterile and is usually safe
With enough time and pics, they might be alright

use this link to upload pics https://www.shroomery.org/forums/upload.php?action=upload and pre-sterilized jars are often the problem, they go bad during shipping. DYI next time.

And first time around I tried the DIY way but was very unsuccessful. Sterilized everything along the way, used pressure cooker, had ideal conditions, etc and nothing really grew. That's why I decided to give pre-sterilized jars a try, and they came from a reputable company and had many (seemingly honest) reviews indicating success and few contams. They came well-packaged and I actually had mycelium growth with them, although slow, I 'noc'd 6 jars and so far only had to toss a couple.
Any tips for avoiding contams after birthing a cake?
