To me, seems Alton was justified showing his gun to the homeless man who was bothering him. A subtle threat to "back off". Then the homeless man called the police? WTF? how does he even have a cell phone.
Then paranoid trigger happy cops come in and shoot Alton for showing his gun to the homeless guy. fuckin bullshit. Its like owning a gun automatically makes you a person who wants to kill.
Why are you conveniently leaving out the fact that we know he was non-compliant and a physical struggle was taking place?
The cops didn't shoot Alton because he POTENTIALLY showed his gun to a homeless man, they shot him because a physical altercation took place with a dangerous armed suspect.
BTW, he has holding an illegal gun.

Well, a lone gun man shooting indiscriminately at cops doesn't deliver that message.

Thats ridiculous.

I believe a stun gun was used in the Louisiana case, but it was largely ineffective in subduing the suspect.

cops killing mostly blacks? well that's a flat out lie that you seem to be promoting since whites are nearly double the number of blacks killed by cops

Resisting arrest and physically attacking a cop while possessing a gun isn't smart, should the cops just hope and pray he won't grab his gun and shoot them?
Do you know what would have avoided him getting killed? Comply with police orders, don't fight the police, and don't own an illegal gun in that process.

so0 it's OK to threaten someone who is simply bothering you? it's even more acceptable for a felon who isnt even allowed to be in possession of a firearm with a history of violent offenses and child molestation to threaten a homeless man with violence simply because the 'sweet, caring man' didnt want to give the homeless guy a dollar

sure but with several felonies including firearms possession by a felon already under his belt, he was looking at a life sentence, something he should have already been serving under a 3 strikes law, just think, if the liberal judges that kept releasing him into the streets had actually sent him to prison for life then none of this would have happened

Gross, he was a pedophile? I didn't even know about that. I bet some of the same people who say things like "all pedophiles should be killed" are the same ones complaining about him being killed

I dont see the problem in showing u have a gun to someone in order to get them to walk away.
No one should be shot just because they own a gun, have it on them and are resisting arrest. Cops always wanna pull that trigger whenever possible, just like that Minnasota incident, cop shot just because the black guy had a gun. No "Put your hands up!" or "step out of the car slowly!". Nothing just shots fired by paranoid cops with itchy fingers.

liberals have taken the stance that child molesters are people too, that pedophilia is a sexual orientation like homosexuality

Sterlings had a string of felonies that spanned 20 years, he had numerous encounters with the police and in most he was deliberately inflammatory, but hey, liberals love criminals, they want everyone else to be easy targets for them and that's why they support disarming law abiding citizens
this is the guy they're trying to say is so loved by the community what kind of community likes these people?

do you see a problem with a violent felon having a gun?
the problem with flashing a gun is that it's called 'intimidation' and 'brandishing a firearm' and it's illegal, it's classed among violent firearms offenses
Quote:
No one should be shot just because they own a gun, have it on them and are resisting arrest.
so a violent felon that's already made threats with his illegally obtained firearm decides to fight the cops he shouldnt be shot when he's attempting to retrieve the gun... do you also believe that child molesters shouldnt be punished with harsh prison sentences? do you believe that violent criminals should be allowed to own guns and rob people/store just when ever they want, maybe you consider it reparations for slavery or something
