Hunting near horse pastures, ID request, Pennsylvania
    #23418207 - 07/06/16 07:59 PM (7 years, 7 months ago)

All of these were found in the woods near a horse pasture.

A) Most important ones first. Found these all growing together..

1) These were just growing in the dirt, they don't have much of a scent.

2) Weird Fungus growing off of a log, don't know if this even counts as a mushroom.

3) Huge concave mushroom growing on a long. I didn't even pick that one since it looked so majestic.

4) Lighter color than #1, but very similar. Also no scent.

5) I don't think these are mushrooms but I wanted to see if anyone knew what they were.

6) Only found one of these guys growing by himself.

7) Again, not sure if this is anything but I'm still an uber noob.

8) Big ugly mushroom, I left this one on the forest floor.

9) Nothing special?

10) Panaeolopsis?

11) Almost concave mushroom with interesting stem with a skirt. Very similar to 12.

12) Similar to 11 except cap in convex.

13) Nothing special?

14) Weird dark purple mushrooms, these were scary so I just left them to their business.

15) These were everywhere. Brown cap with a hollow stem.

cool mushrooms.

2 is auricularia species prob A. auricula (wood ear mushroom).

I think 3 is a funky looking dryads saddle polyporus squamosus but im not sure

5 is some kind of birds nest fungi. Probably in the genus Cyathus.

10 is some kind of coprinoid mushroom. Maybe in the genus coprinellus?

Not sure about the rest.
