Hi This is my first attempt at a grow.I used a mycofarm kit ( i know should done it myself had problems locating cheap pc with 15 psi) with cambodian cube been growing in rye spawn bag for about a month used a aquarium heater (in storage box with water with another inside) at first with inaccurate thermostat tried to set for 24 C got up to 27 C.Taken out of incubator last three days was getting metabolite (amber liquid) at bottom decided to mix it up which i have done many (too many times before). There was one red blob (wet by itself not attached to grain) about size of grain but flat unluckily i have mixed it in and don't have a photo. From reading another thread this also could be metabolite too??I was thinking of spawning to bulk with coir though maybe this is now dumb.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Tony

For the love of god. Post a fucking picture
-------------------- How to get started in bulk: Presto 23-Quart Pressure Cooker BOD's Simple as FUCK Still Air Box PastyWhyte's Easy Agar Tek Munchauzen's Cultivation Video Series How EvilMushroom666 Prepares His Grains (I use jars with Synthetic Filter Discs) What is G2G? (Grain-to-Grain) Damion5050's Coir Tek (I use 5.5 - 6 quarts of water instead of 4. Also ignore step 13 and ignore the monotub completely. The only purpose of this tek is to show you how to make a simple substrate. I also add gypsum to it but not necessary) Spitball's Monotub Tek (A liner isn't necessary but is useful) Use 6500k lights throughout the whole process. When you wake up, turn the light on. When you go to sleep turn the light off. It's as simple as that.

Looks like bruising to me, it should look better in a couple days.
I don't see the red blob you're talking about though.
Edit: also, Amber liquid doesn't sound good. Do you have a pic of that?

And you really shouldn't use a growkit. You're probably about to get a lot of shit from people for that. With good reason.
Get the Presto 23 quart pressure cooker for about $80. You can fit 7 quart jars in it (9 if you lay 2 on their side on top)

Maybe it's just something that happens when you do bags (I use jars so idk) or maybe you have too much moisture in the bag. Nothing you can do now except wait. Give it a few days of just sitting and then give us an update with another picture and we should be able to tell from there.

Hi My bag seems to have recovered somewhat this is what it looks like is it dying (running out of food i have mixed it up quite a few times). It doesn't look like it will fruit if i open it and case it? I was hoping to spawn this to bulk coir should i do this? Can i get anything out of this? My guess of what i did wrong is to break it up too many times stressing it.I was in to much of a hurry had difficulty sourcing reasonably priced 15 psi steel pc and canning jars in uk just wanted to get on with first grow.

Thanks Tony

Very weak recovery and really wet, sticky looking grains. It should be fully recovered in 48 hours tops after shaking. Those things aren't worth saving indoors at least. Try spreading it through an outdoor bed.
