Frozen fresh fruit

I picked about 170g's of cubes this morning wet weight. I was planning on eating them fresh today but something came up so I decided to freeze them so I could eat them tomorrow or the day after; now I'm reading that you can't thaw them out without them getting mushy??? So I guess the next best thing is eating them frozen? Lol any input.
BTW, I have dried mushies, the whole reason behind this was to be able to eat fresh fruits.

Like you'd read the water in their cells will expand and pop the cells, so when you thaw them it'll be goop :/ but best you can do is make tea with the fresh fruits and freeze it. They'll also keep a long time wrapped in a paper towel/bag in the fridge

Cook with them. Make a stir fry. What you lose from the heat you can make up for in volume.

How many grams of truffles did you use? I think I'm gonna slight over shoot my mark on purpose with this milkshake; but I love intense trips so it should be a fun time.

Right!!! It's crazy that a trip lasts 6-8 hours but it never seems long enough for me. I think I'm gonna use about 40-50g's of fresh cubes for this milkshake. It's sad how excited I am about this
