the mushroom is Leucocoprinus birnbaumii a very common species found in bag mixes

as for the cactus, it's definitely not bridgesii, or even a trichocereus, but I don't know what exactly.

Mostly the general structure of the cactus
the aereoles look wrong
the rib structure looks wrong
the spines look wrong
even the cooler looks wrong to me
 I know nothing though, don't take my word for it.

Bridgesii is my favorite cactus, I like to think I could identify it but I'm just a cunt ;D

I thinks its pilosocereus.

That is a very interesting plant, for you managed to capture the exact moment a Cereus sp. changes from its juvenile four ribbed, almost-continuous-spined form to its more familiar 5-8 ribbed, etc.

I know nothing about mushrooms and mycelium, but if you don't take action that Oxalis corniculata will take over the ground floor of every single pot you have.

As for rooting cuttings from that plant, it's a matter of personal choice: the plant will do well in that form.
