Are Ovoids the only spring woodlover?
    #23409578 - 07/04/16 08:10 AM (8 years, 2 months ago)

Simple question,

Are ovoids the only spring woodlover?

It seems like the rest are fall. Is this list correct?

I may have missed some,

FALL:
Cyanescens
Azures
Alleni
Subs
Quebecensis

SPRING:
Ovoids

No ovids also flush in the fall. And are you trying to find all wood lovers in your zone or just a list of them in general?

Thanks Tommy,

Not hunting for them, question about cultivation. Seems cultivated woodlovers outdoors are mostly cold triggered fall fruiters, but I thought I might be missing something.

Does anyone cultivate woodlovers besides ovoid with a focus on a Spring flush.

Also, Not interested in Gymnopholus psilocybe spring fruiting woodlovers, if there are any besides ovoids.

As a side note, I tried to get a list of the members of caramel capped cyanescens complex and found it difficult. A pointer to that list, or the tree like representation of the species would be helpful.

I missed bohemica and probably others.
