Lambert is the only one I know of, but they are fairly pricey if I remember correctly. http://www.lambertspawn.com/product_shiitake_logs.html

Looked back through my notes and Lambert was $11.62/block shipping included with an 8 block minimum. I got a quote on 28 blocks and there was no price break. Not as bad as I thought.

that's pretty fucking terrible. the maine cap n stem sell them for as low as $3 or $4 a block by the pallet. as well, golden oak sells them for $4.50 with a 250block minimum. those come out of the bag though in a big cardboard bin.

Yeah, I never ordered from lambert on their blocks because of the price wouldn't leave much of a margin. I have just been inconsistently producing blocks on my own due to a lack of time. I have ordered their gold oyster spawn. Although, it also seemed kinda high compared to Amycel.
I am going to have to check out Maine Cap and Stem if they are that cheap.

What is the total expected harvest over the normal life of these blocks?
How long does it take?

I think that's why they've had so much success. They make 2 or 3 thousand bags a week with just 3 or 4 people. Let us make the mixer payment and send you the blocks
