SGFC - DAY 16 - Fruiting Begins / Blue Bruising?

Hello Everyone!
This is day 16 in the SGFC and these little guys are finally starting to grow.
I have some mushrooms that look to be trying to grow back into themselves... Mutants? or are they just starting out strange?
I also am beginning to see some seriously blue areas on the cakes. They were handled a bit when they were young so I initially thought they were bruised (one was dropped on the perlite fairly hard and got bruised up a bit...whoops.
Can you guys check out the pics and let me know if I'm on the right track?
-Misting 3-4 times a day -Fanning 5-6 times a day -76 degrees f in the room throughout the day - slightly lower at night.
Any comments are appreciated! Hivemind go!

No... All blue, definitely no black anywhere on any cakes. All blue.

So the cakes are too dry? I will stop fanning and mist maybe once more a day. When I mist, I give the air above the chamber 7-8 good sprays and let all the fine mist settle onto the cakes. The room they are in is adjacent to a room that is running an air conditioner. Should I keep the room shut off from this room? At this point in time, the door is staying cracked about a foot throughout the day. Maybe the A/C is drying out the air in the room?
It seems like since they are dry, I do not have a lack in FAE, I might have a bit too much?
How should I go about getting the cakes re-hydrated?
Thanks for the comments!

Personally I would dunk em in some water for a couple minutes just to get the verm moist... Then continue your misting whenever the droplets from the misting dry up... Or you can just mist heavily... Up to you though... Everything else looks good...

If you built your SGFC to spec you shouldn't have to fan it ever. Stop misting on a schedule. Mist cakes directly till you see beads of moisture. Whenever your cakes start to dry out mist again.
