certain things have come to light
    #2340176 - 02/16/04 07:53 AM (12 years, 10 months ago)

through recent meditation certain things have come to light

the world i lived in when i left my parents home at 18yo and the world i live in now at 23, the difference is so sizable, it's relevant.

i ain't getting any younger

excess and absent mindedness co-exist

patience and fear can be seen as a spectrum

an idea i'd give to anybody troubled by anything is to routinely give yourself the time-out to touch base with your existence

Everything is better than it was the last time.  I'm good.

If we could look into each others hearts, and understand the unique challenges each of us faces, I think we would treat each other much more gently, with more love, patience, tolerance, and care.

It takes a lot of courage to go out there and radiate your essence.

I know you scared, you should ask us if we scared too.  If you was there, and we just knew you cared too.

That is a good start. What else co-exist... or perhaps another way to look at it, what else does not co-exist?

How do those "co-exist"?

The day will come when, after harnessing the ether, the winds, the tides, gravitation, we shall harness for God the energies of love. And, on that day, for the second time in the history of the world, man will have discovered fire.  -Teilard

I figure if you don't have a few seconds every minute where you reflect on this, you aren't centered.

True perspective comes from being aware of what all of this is every minute...
Peace.
